I went in for a debit card change. After being asked nicely to wait I was then told to go ahead and make the request on the app so that it would be less work for the guy.Might as well close this location if they’re not interested to help.

So....I've been here on the weekends multiple times and it was closed every single time. I see that they close at 12pm every Saturday....so one morning, i rushed over and made it there by 1120...thinking it would be OPEN. After encountering this branch being closed in the middle of the day...two times prior.....this third encounter really left a bad taste in my mouth. Tired of wasting my time and finding this place closed when i'm in a time pinch... I'm giving it an extra star because the last time i was able to make it over (few years ago) and saw someone at the teller ...they were very nice...almost empty and the employees are short on staff but....yea. at least that person was very nice to me.... Can't waste my time driving here any more because it's unreliable and I can't stand unpredictability and ZERO reliance.

Very bad customer service . No one is available to help. I've been to this branch 3 times within the last 60 days to close down my accounts . Something I came to know that it requires less than 5 minutes to do . They never helped , they always wanted me to come back later even when there is no other clients in the branch . I finally closed my accounts over the phone when I raised hell.

The customer service line advised me to go to the branch for the simple task of getting a statement printed for me and that no appointment was necessary. When I arrived on Tuesday they told be they were too busy to do this and I should come back Friday. I informed them this was important but didn't seem to make any difference. They had two bankers on duty and this is the service I get? We have two business accounts and multiple personal accounts at Wells and have had enough with terrible service that's always blamed on COVID which is getting old. We are closing all our accounts at Wells and going elsewhere where perhaps we can receive simple service as was requested.

I am trying to report a lost Visa debit card and Luis, bank manager at Wells Fargo, Orchard Hills, Irvine CA, said I can’t do this over the phone. Also, my husband can’t access his account because the bank changed his PIN number that he had forever. My husband had a stroke and can’t sit, stand or walk on his own. This is totally unacceptable.

My review is not about a particular branch/office, it is about the mortgage loan process at Wells Fargo. My experience was horrible! The first loan officer we were assigned to went on family leave, as he had a baby and of course needed time away for that, which is totally understandable. Our loan was given over to a new loan officer and he was horrible. He was not very helpful and did not communicate well with us as customers. He made no effort to offer us any incentive to keep the mortgage with Wells Fargo, so since we had options (800+ credit scores, fully employed, financially secure/stable), we went with their competitor JP Morgan Chase. It was a total opposite experience with Chase. Very helpful, communicative/supportive, and smooth experience. If you have a choice, chose Chase over Wells Fargo for your mortgage needs. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for years, but thinking seriously about moving every penny I have over to Chase.

For some reason the people here cannot count. Just went to the bank at 5:56 and they told me the were closed, mind you this was in front of the door that said they close at 6. All I wanted to do was make a withdrawal from the inside ATM which takes less than 2 minutes and still they wouldn't let me. People who can't count shouldn't work in a bank.

I was very surprised at the poor reviews at this branch. I have had nothing but great service for the past 2 years. Everyone is friendly and professional. I've never had a bad experience.

Came here at 5:38. Says they close at 6. Knocked on the door a man came to the window and said they had to close early. Makes no sense.

It's no surprise that Wells Fargo is getting such bad press for pot client practice. I went to the ATM to with drawl money yesterday. I paid my ATM fess, and went into to the branch to ask for change for the bills that their machine gave me. The lady said the will not do that for me because I wast not a customer. Wasn't I a customer of their ATM? She wasn't even nice or apologetic. This confirms why I closed my account 7 years ago and why I will not be a customer in the future.

Kyle Robbins is the epitomy of what every personal banker should be - customer oriented, solution seeking, and amicable. I came in the other day to inquire about different loan options and potentially opening a business account with Wells Fargo and Kyle did a fantastic job of explaining everything and the different options available. I could tell he truly cared about providing the best customer experience possible and for that I am grateful.
