Leaving Wells Fargo for Chase tired of their poor customer service. They do not appear to care about small business and have failed consistently over the years.

I see that Wells Fargo is replacing the ATMs with a new model that has the message OUT OF SERVICE on the screens.

My experience with this branch has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. The level of incompetence displayed by the staff at this branch is concerning and unacceptable. Find a different branch.

this bank is a constant problem. Before my mother died they would not accept her power of Atty written by her lawyer so I could help her. she was bedridden and had no money only ss. What gives them the right to turn down a legal document. I had them run my credit without any authorization and called me about my utilization before I got a loan, never spoke to them or authorized it. sleazy Today I was charged to cash a check written on their bank. They stole my money, if I deposited it I would have the full amount. You are sleazy to charge me for my own money. You have been fined billions for red lining, illegal lending practices. You are corp trash.

Absolutely avoid this bank! Have had a business account with them for over 20 years. Received a letter that they needed a physical address on file (no PO address). I checked online to confirm we had this and yes we did. No worries, right? Nope, they closed the account. I made an appointment to go talk to a banker and they called the morning of the appointment. I told her what was going on and they closed this account when they shouldn't have. They have already sent a cashier's check to clear the account. Again, they had no reason to close it. The banker seemed so relieved that she didn't have an appointment anymore - no apologies for their error. I guess they can just randomly do whatever they want and you have to jump through their hoops. So HAPPY I have our main business account with CHASE!!

The customer service is always bad here. They always give you a disrespectful attitude, and never tries to help you. Even though they reply your review saying that they will change or this is sth not acceptable, they will never change. You can just tell from their replies from previous reviews, and how they are doing still right now. Please avoid this branch.

Horrible customer service. Whenever I go to Wells Fargo to see a banker, they’ll always kick me out and suggest me to go home and make an appointment. No matter how emergent the issue is, they won’t accept people walking in. I am thinking about closing my account with WF because whenever I walk in to the BOA, they’ll always find someone to help me even there’s a waiting time.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at the Wells Fargo branch in Irvine Woodbury. A bank staff at this location discriminated against Asian customers, unfairly placing a cashier's check on hold. I asked her for a reason since I been a customer for 10 years and it never happened on me before. She just rolled her eyes and tell us because it is. I asked if we can talk to a manger to look for alternative solutions and she refused to. This contrasted starkly with my seamless transaction at another Irvine branch in Irvine. I despised the cashier check where the system determined no additional hold was needed. The discriminatory behavior at Woodbury location is unacceptable, and it raises concerns about their commitment to fair and unbiased service to the community.

I don’t know what it is about this bank here on San Canyon in Irvine Boulevard. They have little respect for their customers. You can tell when you walk in they don’t care about customers’ time. you could be the only one in the line and could be four people behind the counter. They are taking their time. they don’t try to help you. I’ve never been happy going inside this branch and I always try to avoid it eventhough I live very close to it. They need to do something about this. It’s not difficult!

This morning I was in the bank and young lady the first to the door, she was so welcoming and nice, and more of that helpful. It took me kinda 2 minutes to deposit check. Good experience since I just switched to WF.

Notary service is really poor!I made an appointment over the phone for a notary service, but on the scheduled day, this branch banker said no appointment found on their system. I made another appointment online. This time, the banker didn't stamp seal on the document (He forget to do it). Consequently, CA State gov rejected my document due to missing seal on the document and returned it to me after 3 weeks. I've wasted 3 weeks of my time and money just because of his mistake. I gave up with Wells Fargo and got a new notary in near UPS store... Thanks,

This bank is a rip off and a scam. They advertise 2500 dollars for moving investment money to their bank. However when money is moved they don't invest it for multiple weeks. In essence use clients money as cash for several weeks. pure rip off...

First time at this branch. Employees here on a Saturday near closing and the are providing top notch service. Biggest thing that stood out was the manager working to control the traffic line and intercept customers that might have to not wait in line. Love to see a manager working to get his staff out on time.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 30 years. In the past 15-20 years have really regretted it. I have 6 accounts including both personal and business. I have asked them at the local bank for a certain service to be changed. I was told they would make the correction. 30 days go by and still no change. When I visited the bank again, they told me to call customer service. The funny thing I have over $80K with Wells Fargo and what I am trying to do for my business is deposit checks from clients that total close to $30K. They do not allow me to deposit on mobile. They have a limit how much can be deposited. I am "giving" them $$, why would there be a limit?? Oh wait, I just called WF customer service and told they cannot increase the amount allowed to deposit a check over $14,000 by mobile. So now, they will have an upset customer inside their bank complaining to the employees and sharing this story with other bank customers. Just overall Wells Fargo is not customer friendly. The only reason I continue with WF is to not go through the hassle of making a change. BUT the day is coming that I will "reach" my peak and move my accounts all over to a new bank. WF should recognize they spend thousands or millions of dollars advertising their bank, but the service at the local bank or on the phone is where wins or loses clients. Have a question too. Why do banks have SO many windows and only 1 or 2 reps sitting at them? Answer - to cut costs but not improve service. SO, my recommendation is to stay AWAY from Wells Fargo...not customer friendly. But since I will forced to go to a bank to deposit my checks, will not deposit ATM, will get my money's worth going inside the bank to share my experience with other customers. Will also share with other business owners. BTW, notice WF has a 1.7 out of 5 for customer service...something to think about. I might have reached my peak to close all my accounts.

I contacted Wells Fargo 8 times over the past 3 months (including an in person branch visit) regarding unclaimed funds - after receiving initial letter. Each time I was told they would expedite the case and contact me. Never happened - until today when I was informed my check was sent back to California. They caused a huge mess with getting back money that belonged to me. They either dropped the ball or are just incompetent, maybe both. Unacceptable.I will be contacting Wells Fargo to file a complaint - but good luck on that making an impact with a company that has had a checkered history with unethical behavior.
