I have been dealing with this branch for years. I would definitely recommed this branch for all your needs. The staff is professional, friendly, respectful and very helpful. The manager, Henry, is always available to help you and the Financial Accounts representtive, Eric, is top notch and knowledgable. Cashiers/tellers are always positive and friendly. It's always nice to deal with experienced staff because it saves time and builds confidence. How many other banks do you know where the manager and Financial staff call you by name? This one does. Manager and staff have created warm, neighborhood feel for their customers. It's a pleasure going into the branch. Great way to keep customers and a good example of what a local bank should be. WF deserves the title of most dishonest bank. They send you invitations to open an account get $325. They pretend to help you to transfer monthly deposit but drag it so long till 3 months is over. Then say sorry we can't give you $325 no such deposit happened. If you close the account they send you another invitation but decline to honor $325 promise. I closed my cc as well.

Wells Fargo as a whole has the worst customer service of any establishment I have ever been to. I am currently dealing with a fraud situation on my credit card and Wells Fargo refuses to honor the things multiple of their representatives have promised. I have been dealing with this issue for over two months at this point and will be filing a complaint with the national reserve. The service has been absolutely pathetic, if you are looking for a trust worthy bank run as fast as you can.

Just an awful experience every time. The employees are not at fault. They do the best they can. But when the bank gives them zero training or authority and the bank's executive staff are all under indictment for federal crimes ... Well what do you expect? You will have an awful experience, wait forever, have to handle staff who can barely communicate like normal human beings, be treated like an idiot, and wind up always being directed to the main public phone number anyways... Use any other bank but Wells.

This is for all phone customer support. I had a claim I wanted to file and just decided to eat the mysterious transaction on my account because I CANNOT UNDERSTAND ANYONE ON THE PHONE. Plus it was already hard enough to get through to ANYONE as it is. Ridiculous. I'll be switching banks.

Needed to get notary done, am a business customer and bank here since high school. Notary person was in the back and refused to help us, told us to make an appointment. Running $1000s monthly. Jazmin G needs to provide better service. Very disappointing!
