I just closed all accounts associated with Wells Fargo...they are so dishonest....i had fraud on my credit card....it took 5 calls to get it reversed on my account...then i was so frustrated in how Wells handled the fraud that i closed that account....After closing old credit card account...Wells reopened a new account under my name without my consent and placed the fraud charge on that credit card account...luckily i went online to make sure old credit card account was closed and saw a new account card had been opened under my name with the fraud charge added back on....i called 6 times and each time they told me its being investigated....i payed for the fraud charge so i do not get a late fee on an account i never approved for...i then hired " Nonono" to go after Wells...after Nonono sent a letter and fought for me...wells sent me a check for the fraud....i will NEVER have any account with the name Wells Fargo associated

Stay away. Long lines to see a teller. Only one teller working. You will stand in line forever. The manager needs to be fired.

Natalie said i can't make a cashier check because i lost my driver license. i have a temporary and made a check many times with it within the last week. Horrible and rude service telling me no one will give me access to my money when i literally used it last week. She thinks she's too smart well i think she doesn't know jack.

This was my first time at this branch and was helped by Consy. She made me feel so welcome as it was my first time there and had a pleasant interaction. She is definitely an A+ associate and this branch should be honored to have her there. Thanks again Consy!

Incredible service- had to make an appt but beyond that couldn't have had a better experience! Tom, Sr Premier Banker, was great to work with- no pushy sales pitch- very personable. Tellers also friendly & ready to help!

Comically awful customer service experience. Banker didn't show up for my scheduled appointment. Don't waste your time.

Walked in and asked "Concie" or "Consey" a simple "yes or no"question to know whether or not I should wait in the short line to be serviced. She disgracefully sneered at me saying "I'm busy", rolled her eyes and literally shooed me away with her hands before she could even hear my question. Her assistant looked incredulous and dumbfounded. I've never been treated with such disrespect and disdain in my entire life especially within a supposed esteemed financial institution. I have several large business and personal accounts with Wells and will be calling her manager personally to ensure ALL of my funds are moved and accounts closed. I'm truly in shock and expect Wells to hold her accountable. That type of behavior is opposite of how people should be treated.Wells Fargo, do better. Don't hire employees who hate their lives and take it out on important clientele. My interaction with Concie was nothing short of vile. Please train her on how to serve clients.

This particular branch has very poor customer service. They are closed on Saturdays. They don't even open both doors to the bank when they are open-- only allowing one door in and out, I'm don't see why this branch is even needed anymore.

Wonderful experience with Daniel, who has been with Wells Fargo for 14 years and made sure we were well taken care of. It is such a pleasure to speak to people who are well-versed in complex systems, and I could tell that our transaction went more smoothly because of his experience with the banking system. Thank you Wells Fargo!

I made a poor mistake banking with you guys at 14 years old I'm 23 now and am finally closing my account. I cannot believe the poor customer service you displayed towards me when I was a loyal customer and trusted you with my money which was a BIG mistake! I had $150 stolen from my account and you refused to have my money returned back to me all because I still had the card in my possession?!?! How uneducated are you guys to not know they can get my information from any hacked device. And on top of that yall had the audacity to charge me another $34 how desperate are you. This is a poor man's bank. Save yourself the hassle and don't open an account with Wells Fargo.

This office never answers phone calls. I have call so many times and it's always voice mail after many rings. I had to go to onsite, meet them in person, spend half an hour to setup an appointment in a week, because 'every one is so busy'. really? every day??

Worst branch ever. Extremely slow, the line will stretch out the door and they have one maybe two tellers. The manager of this branch should be fired. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in a bank.

Terrible customer service for the second time now. I refrained from leaving a review the first time because it didn't justify leaving a review for, however, after poor service a second time, I felt the need to leave a review. Manager 'Luis Molina' was absolutely no help and didn't even take the time to hear my situation. I went in to wire some money and he said that's by appt only. I offered to wait for the next availability but he said no, only appt. and that the next one is at 3:00. Wires don't clear after 2PM, it's around 12:00. (I also looked around and saw several employees hanging around their desk appearing to not be doing much / anything, including him until he had to be bothered to talk to me). It's unfortunate this branch is closer to my home as I will now avoid at all costs and drive to the further branch off Culver. The Culver branch has always been helpful. You would assume Wells Fargo would try and help their customers seeing as they arguably have the worst bank image out of all big banks... scandal after scandal and some managers just don't get it. Quick side comment, customer behind me overheard my discussion with Luis and as I was on the phone complaining to HQ, he said, WF is a joke and he is exploring switching over to Chase. I might join you buddy! Anyways, good job Luis Molina, you have a pretty easy job 'provide decent customer service' and you failed at every level. Drove over to WF Culver immediately after and was taken care of instantly.
