My self sumeerkhan.This review is for the head office.. Today i went for wholesome choice and when i went for purchasing my samsung pay is not working.. I tried several time in the big line they wait for me.. Then i kept my fresh groceries in a side and went to this bank branch they were check everything nothing problem with my card. They are good in services...Then i called the customer service they fix the block issue.. And the lady told me my card is ready to use..Then i went to wholesome choice again i tried to pay it was declain again!!I was shamed infront of people... Then i drive back to my home and get cash and i paid in wholesome.. This is 5th time i had problems with my card. One time i miss my flight in newyork because of this card...my fresh groceries were spoiled now.. I through them all.. Around 100 dolllars amd my valuable 2hrs waste. Today it was a festival in India i planned to celebrate.. All the things spoil because of u guys wells Fargo... Going to change the bank to td or bank of America...its enough....

I recently visited the Wells Fargo branch near wholesome choice. I wanted to inquire about opening a new account. I was waiting in line to speak with a representative about the process to open a new account. While I was waiting in line I overheard a conversation between the employees that were behind the counter that made me uncomfortable. In particular, it was a lady that was doing most of the talking. She was having a deep conversation about religion, basically implying her religion is the right one. When I approached the representative at the window I asked who that lady is and I was told her name is Alejandra and she is the manager. I was surprised that a manager would talk about such a sensitive topic very loudly for all to hear. I understand she is passionate about her religion but there is a time and place for that. I decided not to open my account here because I was not comfortable with how unprofessional the manager was.

Great service from Damion, Robert, and Alejandra. I was frustrated after receiving very poor service from the Barranca Branch and headed over to this location. Damion was quick to provide help and both Robert and Alejandra assisted me immediately with a wire. It's unfortunate that this branch is a little further away from me but I will gladly go out of my way now to receive significantly better customer service than the other Barranca Branch (terrible). Thank you guys!

Multi Million Dollar Corporation that can't even pay someone enough to update their yelp. Thanks for wasting my time this morning. Whoever is in charge of this branch needs an evaluation if they can't event keep small things like yelp updated. Great customer appreciation and satisfaction.. no wonder your location has 3 stars. Thanks!

Don't open an account at Wells Fargo! They have no benefits, points, promotions. And their overdraft policies and prices are ridiculous. I was told as of February 2019 they have gotten a lot more strict with their policies. It's $35 for an overdraft and it will multiply as many times as needed even for a minor purchase. Plus $10/month if your account falls below $1500 or if you can do 10 transactions that month. I lost track of this account because my Life Insurance kept taking out direct deposits from this account and I was in the process of graduating and I realized in 3 days I had accrued $80 (2 overdrafts and a monthly charge) in additional Wells Fargo fees. I went to this branch to hopefully get it reduced and basically they said it was impossible. I called the national customer service line and got the charges removed, fortunately! So ridiculous! I will never be a Wells Fargo customer ever again.

Non of the employee has knowledge, i was in hurry and I’ve been there at 8:55 am wait for them till open ( they open at 9 am) and by 9:05 they didn’t open the door yet and i just knocked the door finally one of the banker opened the door and i asked her may she print my bank estimate and she asked if i have an appointment and i said no i just went to DMV to change my driving license which is was for other state and they ask for my bank account estimate and she said no we can not do it which just take 10 second so i went home to login with my computer and print it and I surprise how they don’t know to print an estimate !!!!

This branch sucks, newbies who are very unorganized/unaware about costumer acquisition. One week of working on getting a personal account started until I checked the one off El toro where all my problems were solved in less than an hour.

I had the worst customer service experience ever here, the teller(Carlos) wasn't collaborating at all and the banker didn't even get involved in our conversation to see what's going on then I asked them to call customer service they told me they don't have number and you should call them!!!

There are many things I could write but I shall digress. I used to work for WF in their auto division and I simply come here to cash checks that they give me. I do not have an account with them and I was not paid or otherwise coerced to write this review. I am simply writing this as a consumer. This WF is a small branch located in the University Park Mall next to Wholesome Choice and a slew of other convenient things like: cleaners, hair salon, coffee shop, doughnut shop and pizza place (to name a few). Anytime I walk in, it's never too crowded and the line is never out of control but they seem to have 2 tellers MAX helping out anytime I am there. Mostly everyone at the branch is friendly and helpful. Never had an issue with someone being rude or anything like that. Carla generally helps me when I cash my checks and she's such a delight. Very personable and fairly joyous. At the end of the day.... it's a bank and I cash checks. Not having any products of theirs probably helps with my experiences and I'll take that to the bank every time (see what I did there.... lol).
