So....I've been here on the weekends multiple times and it was closed every single time. I see that they close at 12pm every Saturday....so one morning, i rushed over and made it there by 1120...thinking it would be OPEN. After encountering this branch being closed in the middle of the day...two times prior.....this third encounter really left a bad taste in my mouth. Tired of wasting my time and finding this place closed when i'm in a time pinch...I'm giving it an extra star because the last time i was able to make it over (few years ago) and saw someone at the teller ...they were very nice...almost empty and the employees are short on staff but....yea. at least that person was very nice to me....Can't waste my time driving here any more because it's unreliable and I can't stand unpredictability and ZERO reliance.

Very bad customer service . No one is available to help. I've been to this branch 3 times within the last 60 days to close down my accounts . Something I came to know that it requires less than 5 minutes to do . They never helped , they always wanted me to come back later even when there is no other clients in the branch . I finally closed my accounts over the phone when I raised hell.

Helen Noshirvan gave me the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. She was racist towards Hispanics and I simply was trying to give monthly mortgage payment for my wife. I just wanted to make sure the amount was accurate because the amount sometimes is different and it's just the cents part of the payment. She explained to me with attitude how she couldn't give me the payment amount which I've always been given the amount before. Even then from a customer service perspective she could have been intelligent and helpful as a bank should be and she should have suggest perhaps overpaying so if I know the amount is $961.66 or $961.76, I could pay instead $962.00 and that way the payment is covered and the payment amount wouldn't need to be disclosed. Also, she kept saying "I can't give you the balance" when clearly I wasn't asking for the mortgage balance but just the amount needed to be paid for this month. This is the last time I visit this location of Wells Fargo and will be advising my wife to move her mortgage to another lender.

Came here at 5:38. Says they close at 6. Knocked on the door a man came to the window and said they had to close early. Makes no sense.

It's no surprise that Wells Fargo is getting such bad press for pot client practice. I went to the ATM to with drawl money yesterday. I paid my ATM fess, and went into to the branch to ask for change for the bills that their machine gave me. The lady said the will not do that for me because I wast not a customer. Wasn't I a customer of their ATM? She wasn't even nice or apologetic. This confirms why I closed my account 7 years ago and why I will not be a customer in the future.

Kyle Robbins is the epitomy of what every personal banker should be - customer oriented, solution seeking, and amicable. I came in the other day to inquire about different loan options and potentially opening a business account with Wells Fargo and Kyle did a fantastic job of explaining everything and the different options available. I could tell he truly cared about providing the best customer experience possible and for that I am grateful.

I can believe this bank it closes doors at 5:59 pm I am rushing to get there and all they said is they are sorry and a million reasons not to let me do a deposit. This is why i give them one star and I am been very generous if there were a minus stars I would give them a -1 stars

Worst banking experience. Just two people in line and the tellers aren't making an effort to speed up the line and continues to chat away with customer. While one of the teller just does his work slowly and yawns infront of the customer - real professional. All this while there are 5 bankers sitting at their desk pretending to be busy and swiping on their phone. Don't bank here!

Banker acted prejudice because I'm younger and had a large sum of checks deposited in one month. They treated me suspiciously and made me somewhat uncomfortable. Unwilling to help or be of assistance. That attitude will keep them at their low paying, boring, useless job. Don't bank with these duds. I want to tell everyone Arab, Pakistani, Iranian, Afghani, you're beautiful, gifted, the world can't take it, keep being being excellent. Best revenge is your paper.
