Flexible schedule and short wait times before the procedure. But the front desk in the evening shift doesn’t have the capability to either copy my previous results from a CD or keep the CD. I have to make another trip.

I was asked to show up 15 minutes before appointment, which I did. Waited in line for 10 minutes just to check in (3 people in front of me). Then had to wait for 55 minutes past my confirmed appointment time in the waiting room before I was taken back for the xrays (which took only 5 minutes). It is completely unacceptable to expect patients with appointments to wait for an hour! I asked about the delay after waiting for 30 minutes, and the front desk staff said the appointment is just a place in line. What? I don't know how this place has such a high average review rating with this policy.

Submitting forms via secure portal is a great help. Front desk staff were friendly and very diplomatic. CT scan was easy and quick thanks to my technician.

I had a good experience today @ the Irvine Barranca location. The front reception staff were very friendly & knowledgeable. The wait was not long & the gentleman who took me back & provided my CT scan was pleasant & kind. I was comfortable throughout the procedure- he explained well what to expect and what was happening in the moment - which is so important. Thank you for the good care and kind attitudes : )
