Don't know her name but the older hispanic woman working as a cashier is so sweet and makes my experience at Walgreens 10x better :) i will say there is another older woman who stocks product always stares at me like i'm gonna steal something, i've been going to this walgreens for more than 2 years and i've never created any disturbance so i don't know why she seems so bothered by me

I transferred my prescription from CVS to Walgreens due to the location my bf was traveling to- this would be my first time using Walgreens pharmacy so I called to get the status and I was put on hold for 26 minutes until someone answered. When she finally answered she said my medication would be ready to be picked up in 30 minutes which is when my BF showed up. They made it an extremely difficult process for him, having me call around to my insurance company and CVS where my medication was originally filled because after waiting there for an hour they said that CVS needed to transfer the medication even though the hospital had already called to move it. They also made it difficult with the BIN number. After over an hour of being at Walgreens- my health care representative was able to get everything figured out. When I first spoke to someone after waiting 26 minutes on the phone, she said it would be ready and didn't indicate we needed to reach out to another location a third time. CVS is so seamless, I've never experience anything like this. I will not be here again.

Terrible customer service! Always a long line and short staffed! I called to update my family insurance today and was put on hold for more than 30 minutes! When finally was able to talk to someone the lady only updated mine and did not do it for my children and husband saying they are busy and I need to call again for them!!!!! It took only one minute for them but I was on hold for a long time! That just doesn't make sense!

Absolutely horrible customer service at the pharmacy. The wait time to get a hold of anyone at the pharmacy is a minimum of 45 minutes. Just horrible

This Walgreens pharmacy is dingy and feels aged and never very clean. The pharmacists are overworked and never very pleasant, and the pharmacy recently ran out of my inhaler prescription prior to refill with no notice on when it would be filled or any info on how to fill it at another location - an inhaler I rely on to breathe. I came here out of convenience but I’m done with this place. Highly recommend swapping somewhere with better care for their customers

This Walgreens pharmacy IS SO SLOW. Every time I come here it takes at least 30 minutes to pick up a prescription. Honestly do not come here for your medication. It just takes forever.

Made an appointment online in advance to get a Covid PCR test for my husband who is sick. We sat in the car waiting for 10 minutes in the drive thru for them to finally come on and tell us they didn't have any PCR tests and "maybe you can go to an urgent care" was the best solution they had for us. This is partly a frustration with the total lack of customer service at this particular location, but also a larger frustration that Walgreens is letting people make appointments for a test that isn't available at that location. I still can't tell if they do PCR tests there and they just ran out (not saving any for appointments) or if they've just stopped doing them altogether. Whoever we spoke to was really unhelpful.

They tried to sell me expired medicine. So I asked them what is the shelf life of the medication and they said it was 6 months. A simple search on the web showed the medication had a 2 year shelf life. So when I asked about it, they said, good luck and go buy it somewhere else. They are rude and cruel.

The pharmacy was supposed to reopen from lunch at 2 and they weren't back until 2:20. When another customer asked when they'd be open, the employee was very rude and seemed annoyed a customer would even dare speak to him.After waiting for them to finally open, they didn't have my prescription ready that had been sent in 2 days prior and ended up having to wait another 20 minutes

Consistent only in their slow service and inefficiency. One employee will curse you with their eyes and make sure to give absolutely zero context. It overall makes for an unnecessarily long, over-complicated, poorly-communicated appointment for something as simple as a flu vaccine. This pharmacy feels like an interactive performance art depicting purgatory. Endless frustration.

I got a text from my doctor that they sent the papers into this pharmacy for my medicine. I usually always go to cvs because they do things really quick there and I need these medication asap since I’m in deep pain. Cvs doesn’t even take an hour to get my medicine ready. I came into this place to pick up after 2 hours receiving the text from my doctor that he sent them the papers. The pharmacist told me that it’s not ready yet but it’s going to take an another hour. What the hell is taking them so long????They got 6 people working behind the desk when cvs only have 2-3 people.
