After checking many different printing companies, I end up using Visual Signs. Such a wonderful service. I am an artist and needed banner for my business, Nadalena Art. Ivy was helping me with order she provided me with many different options and ideas. I really appricate her help. It was done fast and delivered on time. Very professional and affordable prices. Our company usually decides on a banner at the last minute. Amy and Ivy do great work, are very helpful in answering questions and providing spot-on recommendations, and they have always been able to make our tight deadlines without a reduction in quality. WOW! is a complete understatement on the professionalism, quality and value that I have received from Ivy her team. I am based in Pasadena which is 50 miles away but I do not mind giving Ivy and her team all of my business. They respond to messages late at night and provide you with a digital proof before printing. Their prices are extremely competitive and I didn't even look anywhere else. They delivered the sign on time that far exceeded my expectations. There was a very minor glitch, two additional grommets on the sign that was not called for and didn't really affect the sign at all. Ivy offered without me asking to redo the sign and ship it to me free of charge and let me keep the first sign with the hiccup. The sign was fine but they were perfectionists and want the customer to be 1000% satisfied. I know this time they did not make much profit if any with all the manufacturer and shipping costs. I was shocked once again when I received the sign how intricately they packaged it. They must have spent at least 20 minutes packing the sign! This tells you that the Ivy and her team really care about their image and they are truly dedicated to the customer experience. It was like unpacking a ceramic bowl! Please do what you do because you do it with humility and candor. You are a diamond in the rough. You are the definition and role model of what a business should be and ought to be. I am a client for life. Thank you once again Ivy & Visual Signs!

I have ordered at least 5 retractable stand up signs from them in the past few years. Every one I have ordered has been a last minute job and they always come through with quality work and my signs are always ready early. I can't ask much more than that. Amy and Ivy are the best!
