Excellent service. Took my suit in on short notice, they originally told me it would be ready Friday morning - when I told them I need it by Thursday, they automatically told me it will be ready anytime Thursday afternoon! Quick and professional

I took my son’s formal white shirt and pants to this dry cleaner, but when I got them back, the shirt still had a blue stain. Before cleaning, they made me sign a paper saying that if they tried to remove the stain and it got worse, I couldn’t complain. I was surprised, as I could have easily removed the stain myself with a simple stain remover at home. After paying over $26 for the service, the stain was still there, and when I asked about it, they told me it couldn’t be removed with laundry and needed dry cleaning and they can try if I want ( pay again) Isn’t that the reason people go to a dry cleaner in the first place? I’m really disappointed, as it seems like they didn’t even check for the stain to begin with. I expected better service.

I find that $64 for a dress, a tshirt and a pair of pants was a bit much in comparison to other cleaners.

Stay away from this business. First they ruined my designer sweatshirt and gave me store credit for much less amount I paid. Now they lost my jacket. The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. The issue is still unresolved. I didn’t get the jacket or was offered competition for it.

This place charges more than the services worth and would NOT be responsible for any damage they caused. They have different kinds of excuses “maybe this was wore off before sending to us. You can’t prove it” “it’s quality of your clothes” “nothing to do with us” and then never provide you with a solution

Don’t come here unless you are fine your clothes are ruined and they never respond to you. My newly bought Prada skirt was bleached by them and had a white spot on it when the washing instructions explicitly said no bleach. Called many many times never gave me a response. And this is just one of many pieces that got ruined here
