I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Alden at the Verizon Wireless store in the Irvine Spectrum. He provided absolutely outstanding service—going above and beyond to help me upgrade my phone (finally into the current century!), add a new line for my son, and patiently walk me through Verizon’s parental controls so I can keep track of him with peace of mind.
What truly stood out was Alden’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help—especially after I was turned away at another location and told I would “have to go back to the Spectrum store.” Thankfully, it only took one call to Alden, and he helped me right over the phone without me having to physically go in!
Not only did he resolve all of my concerns, but he also helped me switch to a new plan with minimal price variation—something I greatly appreciated.
Alden turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a genuinely enjoyable one. Thank you for treating us with such care and patience. Verizon is lucky to have you!

Alden is the definition of professionalism and excellence! He is by far THE BEST Verizon representative I have ever encountered. My husband and I have been Verizon customers for over 15yrs. In all these years, we have never had a representative exude such kindness, efficiency and technical experience like Alden. He went over and beyond for us. He is VERY patient and an excellent multitasker too!
The first time we met Alden he worked with us for several hours while we purchased an IPad. There were complicated fraud alerts on our account which took a long time to resolve. He resolved the issues and did it with a sense of humor. A unique trait these days.
We were so impressed with Alden we referred him to my dad. My dad purchased a much needed new Iphone and home internet service from Alden. He took such great care of my dad, my husband and I came back to purchase new IPhones.
To my surprise, the next day after we purchased our IPad and IPhones Alden texted me to check in and ask if everything was going well with our new devices. He answered all my tech questions too. WOW!! Now that is EXCELLENT customer service!!!
Alden, Verizon and its customers are SO lucky to have you! Thank you for taking great care of me and my family.

I worked with Shasha R to purchase a usb-c plug in. He was honest, direct, and showed his authentic personality. He knew the business and showed pride in his work. In fact, a lady originally ignored me, but he greeted me with a smile and was genuine. He’s a great representation of the Verizon brand and Victra. you should seek out his guidance whether it’s for Verizon options or for development within the company.

Getting a new phone these days is like going to the dmv. Takes forever and no one wants to do it. However, Shasha made it a good experience and took all the time that was needed to help us.

Apparently you can not walk in and purchase what you need. I only needed a screen protector and had it in my hand along with my money and no can do! I'm in line behind people that are shopping for new phones, new plans, needing help navigating their phone, etc. Verizon, you make enough damn money that you can hire a cashier for those of us who would like to make a purchase and don't need a 30-minute consult! No wonder why people utilize Amazon!

Ordered a phone through Verizon's site that this store said they had in stock. Verizon says it can take UP TO 2 hours to fulfill orders when the item is in stock. Since this location is about 30 minutes away and at a major mall, my wife and I decided to head down even though we had not received the confirmation yet. Figured we would grab some lunch and walk around. Went in right around two hours and the employee said it can take a day or two to process. When I said that the item was listed as in stock, he went back to check and said his safe has a 10 minute timeout on it. After waiting another 10 minutes, he simply said the order was not processed yet and we would get a notification when it was. When I asked how long that would be (thinking we would just grab a bite and come back) he said a day or two. I called Verizon and cancelled the order, which they were wonderful about, this is not a reflection on Verizon corporate, just this franchise. I know exactly what the store is doing, they are listing as having one of every item in stock so you do what I did and order it through them. Then you're forced to wait anyway. I told him I would have just ordered it to be shipped to me if I had known it would take several days for him to get it. Borderline bait and switch at best and absolutely unethical business practices. The other reviews and their experiences just confirm that this store is unethical in every aspect, not just a one off case.

Came to this location to purchase a Samsung Z Fold and at point of sale the sales rep scanned a Samsung watch and told me it came free with the phone. My account has been getting charged for both the additional line for the watch, and I've been paying for the watch itself. Management will not return my calls, and Verizon and this location keep giving me the runaround. Don't shop here, or just don't go with Verizon. I've been a customer for 8 years and am now canceling my account with them.
