I came here to switch from AT&T and I’m so happy I switched, make sure to ask for Brian. He helped us out a lot and made it a smooth transition. I can’t stress enough how helpful and amazing he is at his job and you won’t be disappointed, the service and customer support is amazing.

Scammers… signed up for 195$ per month for 4 lines, signed papers and left .. ended up paying 100$ more per month because they added bunch of perks that I never signed up for. Dealing for a month already with them to lower my bill to original negotiated price. Beside that, stuff is very uneducated, they really don’t know how to deal with their own products …

I ordered 2 new iPhones with Verizon as an upgrade to our family plan phones on Sept. 23. They promised that they will ship on Oct. 13 and it never happened. When following up with Verizon chat, the answers are untruthful and misleading after 4 days follow up in a row. Even the store cannot tell the exact status of the phones or any new estimate for delivery, they only ask to wait. If that’s the case, why would you make a promise that you can’t keep. Their only proposed solution has been cancelling my order after waiting for a month now!

Been to several stores and always end up getting the best help at this one. Today Ryan helped me, very nice, and explained what he was doing, and what I could do to keep this darn phone in line!!

Verizon on Michaelson has the best customer service.They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.(I was not happy with Verizon store in the marketplace on Jamboree. I will not go back there even though I live nearby.)

I had been in this store twice previously so when I went the last time the salesmen remembered us which was nice. Josh was extremely helpful and Irv bought a new iPhone 14+. We are experiencing the same problems as we had the first two times which is not these guys fault. Went to the "Genius Bar" where they aren't so genius.

23 years with Verizon, time to say goodbye! Visited this location to change my plan to unlimited from an older 2G plan. Rep told me it would only cost $3.23 more per month to upgrade. I asked if there were any other charges, the answer was no. By the time I got home, Verizon emailed me to say thank you for upgrading your plan click here to see next months bill. $38 per month more!!! After a 20 min call with Verizon to try resolve, I canceled the upgrade and will be with a new provider before the next billing period.
