This shop is great super great and polite service and smooth purchasing experience the guy at the counter Josh informed me about watts and vapes in a way I had never had explained 10/10 would come back I'm in town.

I recently posted my negative experience at Vape & Co. Since my post, the owner Danny, has reached out to me. We have a very positive conversation and he assured me steps were being taken to correct the issue. This stands out to me because it shows his commitment to providing his customers with exceptional service and positive experiences at his store. The issue I had has been resolved. Again, all of my previous experiences with this business has been positive and I will continue to patronize his business. Thank you Danny for stepping up to resolve this issue.

I just called this place to ask a simple question about a replacement battery. The guy who answered the phone was mumbling and said what I'm pretty sure was "nope", when I asked him to repeat what he had said be under I couldn't understand he just hung up on me. So clearly, these people don't want our business and they have zero customer service. I do not recommend this place.

Great place to get a vape last minute in Irvine. It really is the only place in town. They are a little pricier but that's what you would expect from Irvine. Staff is always nice and chill and can discuss the different options with you

[UPDATED 12/27/2022] | While it’s worth accounting many of the reviews as legitimate in their own rights, there’s some truth that this isn’t the most impressive site in the world, however and MORE NOTABLY, it’s ‘more than decent’ as I stated previously; to say, impressive isn’t effective enough to describe how great a place you have here.It’s incredibly improved and is exponentially a more accurate representation of the company I knew it to be at the core, and since I previously posted a message regarding an issue I faced on-site.They can definitely address and meet, most, if not nearly all, of it’s client’s needs, and is a far better location with more personable, friendly service.It’s special b/c when you walk into most shops that are empty, you can feel a sense of vulnerability and exposure. It’s unique how you’re almost always going to find yourself 1:1 with the staff from the moment you walk in, but yet, it doesn’t feel at all awkward (that’s coming from a combat vet with some serious social anxiety).Even down to the warm, perfectly-dimmed lighting, it’s more likened to walking into a home than a storefront. It’s clear there have been some changes and improvements over the last few months, with even the prices seeming lower and more competitive; it’s been great to continue coming here and witnessing the subtle changes.Regardless, even if you’re not into the place or seeking the interactions, I’ve been able to come in and get out with product in under 3 min; it helps to know what you want, or you let them tell you what’s hot at the moment.So, you can be in these places for less than 5, so to expect something more luxurious or upscale seems unreasonable and inequitable; still, it’s a “5-Star Shop”…EASY…on its average day; anything less is someone being petty, emotional, difficult, or “uppity AF.”Get in, select, purchase, get-out, without any hassle or issues…99.99% of the time. It’s clean, organized, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, numerous Veterans are employed (that’s a great aspect and indicative of the work environment behind the scenes, and says a lot about the components of leadership and business management), and they have a healthy and diverse inventory, regularly updating and improving procure and prices.I mentioned in the original post, “there was immense potential, but you need the buy-in of those you empower and entrust to carry out the day-to-day business initiatives,” and I am humbled to report that you indeed display this characteristic trait, and demonstrate it with extreme efficiency and efficacy.I’d greatly appreciate if an owner could reach out to me directly. There is something I’d like to provide (present) you all with, and so if you’re able, that would be great. It’s not at all like this, and honestly, I’m not here to sway clients, I’m here to speak publicly, rather than privately to this business, just as I would if I was there personally. It’s just a modality I chose for this particular business. It’s a mindset, not a mirage.I’ve always believed that companies do want to connect with clients and customers, and many genuinely do want our feedback. Nevertheless, just as I wrote my critical and rather cold critique, so too am I writing this: directly to the store management and honestly. That’s the tone and narrative. Rather than send an email privately, I’m sending it publicly. What better mode or modality in which to cultivate a perceived attitude about someone or something, than observing an objective and thought-out introspective, that’s supported not by AN experience, but rather a relationship of sorts. Not just one interaction, but numerous before I decided to update. It helps this be more consistent and objective, less emotional.

Amazing customer service, today I went in and Danny (owner) helped me out, I bought all my cartridges and a bottle of salt Nic went to my car to replace cartridge in my Vape and immediately my Vape was broken it was on its last leg (I had it over a year)so Danny helped me out and tried to fix it and when he couldn't was able to find an Alternative device that was comparable to what I had because of they no longer carried the device I had. Long story short he was happy to exchange the items and help me find the right device with the right cartridges I feel like he went above and beyond because he didn't have to help me try to fix my original broken one so thank you Danny I appreciate you!

Here on Friday, August 26, 2022 @12:20, and while the neon light reports, “Open,” there’s a “Closed” sign in the door with the “Will Return” time set at “11:00” (am/pm not specified).Multiple patrons in the span of writing this review have attempted to go in, just to find the door locked (~6).I attempted to reach a staff member internally via phone, and no one answered. You hope every one in the situation is safe and secure, so, there’s that, then of course, there’s the frustration of the confusion on the consumer end and particularly for those more ignorant and less sensitive to tragic possibilities of the aforementioned (safety and security).While it’s worth accounting many of the reviews as legitimate in their own rights, there’s some truth that this isn’t the most impressive site in the world, however and moreover, it’s more than decent and for most needs, it’s a far better location and with reasonable service than most.Still, when circumstances like this occur, it does not help reassure the brand. It’s not even decent at this point when loyalty and trust are lost through a lack of confidence and consistency.Be more accountable than you all seem to be and business will continue to do as well, but actually grow and build into something even greater; there is immense potential but you need the buy I. If those you empower and entrust to carry out the day-to-day business initiatives.

The prices are double here. 32 for a disposable is crazy. The gas stations are cheaper and still overpriced. It's hard to support local business that take advantage of you like that.

There was only one employee working when I came in on a Saturday evening, and there were no other customers. The guy working there quickly came from the back to assist us, but he seemed to really not want to work, and he made me feel like I was bothering him. When I decided to purchase the only juice he recommended me, it was expired. He apologized and went to get me a new one, but all bottles of that flavor were expired. So, he recommended the "only other tobacco flavor", and when I got home I realized it too was also expired. My experience here wasn't good at all, so I can't recommend them.

Their juice variety is sad and over the top expensive. Twice I have gone in during business hours and found that the door is locked and it says closed, Even though their hours are from 11:00 to 8:00 or something like that, and I showed up at 3:00. And the cherry on top is the attitude from the employees. I would not recommend anyone goes there. Chances are you will be upset.
