Rude, impolite and unprofessional.im not sure why no manager or supervisor after all these bad reviews have not done anything about. This is a government office and they need to do something about. Treat people correctly. Never going back to this place again

I would leave a zero review for this particular Irvine USPS if possible. Had a claim with them for over a week for a package I sent a customer labelled "delivered". Could not get ahold of them via phone. Finally after I did get through to a person, he said "hold on" and put me on hold for over an hour before finally hanging up. Could not get through after that at all for days. Still trying. Horrible service.

They must’ve hired the worst and least efficient employees they could possibly find based on the caliber of people working here. Slow service, they create difficulties from nothing (saying they can’t print a label via QR code from a return with a merchant who provided the USPS QR code) and they enjoy wasting your time. This place should be shut down or employees face reduced wages based on their lacking performance. Deserving of 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.

Generally speaking a normal post office with lines and rush hour traffic inside. No major problems but do not believe in the 24/7 self serving kiosks. The lobby is CLOSED on Sundays….
My definition of 24/7 open lobby is different then the post office calendars I guess.
I understand the “ongoing vandalism issues” but then don’t use false advertising for your opening hours.

I went to the Murphy post office for passport services. I was really thankful because the woman in charge of processing passports was able to help clarify any issues I had in obtaining my expedited replacement passport for my travels next month.

So my daughter ordered a customized piece for prom she been waiting almost 2 months for. She forgot to put the full address and it was rejected yesterday. I called the 800 number to track it down. They told me to go to this location to find it. Today went in and the gentleman at USPS looked for 15 minutes. He asked to provide our details to continue to look for it. Tonight I got home and the package was sitting at our doorstep. Thank you so much! You made my daughter so happy after she was really upset and afraid her prom outfit would not be complete.

Today, April 24, they opened at 8:38am ! 8 minutes late. Opening a government office this late is simply inexcusable. A huge line had formed by the time they opened. The employee that serviced me was incredibly rude. She threw my ID back to me instead of handing it to me. When I asked her to be polite she just laughed in my face. When i asked her for her name and employee badge she just said “what’s a badge”. The girl was very young and it is clear that most likely she is not properly trained.
Worst post office EVER! I’m avoiding this location at any cost!

The supervisor "Margie" is more like a SuperStar. She respects the rights of the civilians and has a great work ethic/sense of humor. Leadership material, with a calm demeanor. Great job, keep it up!A PRIME EXAMPLE OF A BOSS!

The people who work at this place are unprofessional and rude. I came in to file a passport application. Even though I had an appointment they were ignoring me for 20 minutes. So I had to stand in line in order to tell them I had an appointment. Then they had me waiting for some more. Then they found issues with one of my docs. It was fine and I called the US Dep of State in front of them, to confirm what I have is good and enough. The lady who was supposed to help me refused to listen and sent me to talk to the supervisor. After another wait the other worker told me the supervisor wasn’t there that day. Obviously the first one knew the supervisor wasn’t available. I asked if they had a complaint form, and it turned out they didn’t have it either. I’ll be filing one on their website.
