USOC Medical customer service is impeccable while working with them for 5+ years.The turnaround time for depot repairs is extremely acceptable and repair staff is very knowledgeable/trained on the equipment sent in. The pricing repair structure is more than competitive in the market. Their team has made concessions many times for our hospital budgeting on repairs and/or quality purchases.
