3 lazy kids just want to sit around on their phones and get mad when I walk in. On too of that look at each other to see who's going to get up. If u don't like ur job you should find another one. Poor customer

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the UPS Store under its new ownership, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
The new owner Ramshad truly transformed this location into a customer-centric haven. The staff is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly efficient.
It's clear that the new management values each customer, making sure that every interaction is positive.

I have been using their services for years now, and always very helpful and responsive if you have questions. If you come during peek hours then be patient, they are doing their best, and come prepared that help us all .... i would give them 6 stars if I could!

I just spent $20 to get a passport picture I can’t even use. If you are going to do passport photos make sure you knows the guidelines. It can’t be digitally altered. And you did! You put my son on a white background the picture doesn’t look good at all. I’m pissed off not I have to go somewhere else. To pay again because of your lack of knowledge.

They are really nice and always ready to help me with anything. They clearly care about their customers and work hard to make their store better every day. My experiences with them have always been great, whether it's with shipments, returns, printings, or anything else. Plus, they're really fast!
