What on earth is this service hahaha. I am NEVER charged extra for a UPS employee to simply tape up the box and I do the rest. The woman here was so bitter and made me pay a total of $7 including the box (label was pre paid) for something so simple. “I can give you one complimentary piece of tape”. Couldn’t even box up my item in front of me and took it to the back. I am going to keep going to the other store out of my way to avoid this.

The staff at this UPS location (Jeffrey) is ALWAYS so cordial, professional, efficient!! There are several UPS drops locally but they are NOT as courteous as this location…

If I could give zero stars I would, they stole credit card number charge over 400 for a video game. They are thieves! People beware do not use the store! Store manager didn’t even care when I reported it to them!

We had a very bad and stressful situation here recently, all due to.the carelessness of an employee - Sierra. She was asked to forward important mail via guaranteed UPS air overnight, in a specific package so it doesn't get lost, as it has in the past from this place. We tracked it the following morning and there was no information about it whatsoever. We called and she picked up. We explained the situation and she was extremely unprofessional, refused to help, refused to hand the phone over to anyone else who could help and just said to call customer service. We called again, and again, she picked up, refused to help, refused to hand the phone over to anyone else there who we know by name - we have been doing business at this location for several years - she just threw in inappropriate, unprofessional comments and hung up. We called again, and no one picked up - it rang and rang, then went to voicemail. We reached out by e-mail and called a fourth time, and she finally reluctantly handed the phone to another employee, who did spend the time to look into the matter, and informed us she did not send it overnight, or put it in the larger package, so at the moment, it is lost. If someone there doesn't know the difference between ground or overnight, lacks so much common sense and professionalism that she refuses to help, refuses to get another employee to help, takes no responsibility for her actions - just cares about throwing in rude words after causing so much unnecessary stress for a customer and business owner, they have no business working for UPS. Horrible experience.

The most important reason is the service we received. My 1 yr. old was got her passport picture taken and it was not an easy task. Sierra was very patient and kind. Thank you.

This is still our go-to UPS Store for our mailbox and Amazon dropoffs. Again, it can get quite crowded here at certain times but if we go at off-peak times, it's great. Easy to drop things off and easy to pick up our mail.Located in the Cypress Village shopping center right off the 5 FWY. It's a very convenient location. We often swing by Albertsons when stopping by the UPS Store. There's a Kohl's, boba shop, and Starbucks in the same plaza.Everyone has been friendly through the 9+ years since we've been doing business with this UPS Store. I like how they are now open 7 days a week now. Definitely 5 stars.
