I had a rather perplexing experience at the nail salon on Tuesday, August 1st, around 6:30 pm, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I visited the salon with the hope of getting a nail fixed in preparation for an event coming up over the weekend. As I walked in, I noticed one customer already receiving service in one of the salon chairs. There were a few other associates seated in empty chairs, engrossed in their phones. The initial impression was a mix of activity and inactivity among the staff.I was approached by a gentleman named Tom, who appeared to be in charge. I explained that I needed a nail fixed, emphasizing that my original nail wasn't from their salon. Tom's response was unexpected – he informed me that no one would be available to help me. I inquired about the possibility of coming in later that evening before their supposed closing time of 9 pm (as per Google and their posted service hours). However, Tom reiterated that assistance wouldn't be available. This repeated response left me puzzled and questioning whether there was genuinely no availability or if there was another reason behind their inability to serve me.In an effort to understand the situation better, I asked if I could schedule an appointment for the following morning. Tom's reply was disheartening – he stated that they only accepted walk-ins. I inquired about their opening time in the morning, to which he replied, "9 am, but no one will be available to help you." This consistent dismissal led me to wonder whether there was some underlying issue or if they simply didn't want to provide service.As my confusion grew, I requested to see their service menu out of curiosity. Tom reluctantly showed me a paper menu, which had two options for nail fixes – one for work done by their salon and the other for work not done by them. I attempted to take a picture of the menu to have a record of the available options, but before I could even process his reaction, Tom quickly snatched the menu away and firmly stated that no one was allowed to take pictures of their menu. This left me perplexed once again – was it a policy that prevented anyone from taking pictures, or was it specifically me?Feeling increasingly frustrated and unfairly treated, I voiced my concerns to Tom, mentioning that I felt discriminated against. At that point, I made the decision not to proceed with their services. I asked for Tom's name, which he provided as 'Tom,' and I left the salon to return to my car. Strangely, my experience took an even more unprofessional turn – as I began to drive away, I noticed Tom running out of the salon with his phone in hand, recording me as I left. This unexpected behavior further heightened my sense of discomfort and confusion.In the end, my visit to the nail salon on that evening left me with more questions than answers. The lack of transparency, coupled with inconsistent explanations, left me feeling unwelcome and perplexed. The behavior displayed by Tom, particularly his recording of me as I left, was both strange and unprofessional. While I understand that misunderstandings can occur, I hope that the salon takes this experience as an opportunity to improve their communication, customer service, and overall professionalism for the benefit of future clients.

Was told over the phone they only accept walk-ins, and they told me they had availability, and then when I got there 5 min later they literally told me they won’t do services for me. The guy gave me an attitude and was not accommodating whatsoever, definitely would not recommend.

My friend was overcharged, also got poor quality of services, terrible attitude of the owner. They offered extremely bad experiences without apologies. Agree with other customers that it is the WORST place ever. Warn other customer be careful to try this greedy nail salon.

I tried this place on Sunday cuz I found they are open once I was checking the massage place next door ..., they sat me down at 7:30 pm , one person did my toe and after she finished somebody else came for my nails so I was out of there at 10:30 pm.when I first checked the price with the guy in front , he told me it's gonna be $67 for acrylic nail and nail polish on toe, at the end they charged me 95 dollars for acrylic nail refill (just refill - simple color - no design ) and gel on toe! the lady who did my nails said : did you wanna your cuticles trimmed and I said yes , she said 5 dollars more (who charges for cuticles?!! Isn't it already included in manicure?)and I don't know how she calculated and ended up charging me $95 (plus tip I paid $110) for a service I usually pay around $60-70 !And this is the end result (see the pic) , very unprofessional and thick nails , never recommend this place , way over priced .Services: Pedicure

Lam is the BEST, hands Down!!! I found my new nail person. She is 10 Stars ⭐️ for both manicure and pedicure!!!First off, I came at 8:30pm as a walk-in and she took me shortly After. Shout out to the owner: Thank you got Staying open late?? Another shout out: Lam is a massive asset to your Store! Where do I start?! I came in with overgrown gel nails, one finger nail cracked—in the middle—and this was on short nails:(, and hadn’t had a pedicure for way too long:(. Lam…Number one is the Sweetest, so Gracious, So Professional, and Wow, she fixed my broken nail, gave me the most beautiful manicure—Perfecto!! Next, it was so late after my manicure, I said we can do pedicure another time. She told me it’s ok. She removed my ingrown toe nail, took off all the callus, and my toes so beautiful—did a fantastic job! Thank you so much Lam—you’re golden, just a top notch professional and really kind person. I called ahead of time to make an appointment for 7pm they said they do walk ins only at that time. Ok. I called when I was on my way and asked how long wait time was, “5-10 minutes” she saidOk..I arrived, they had me wait for about 15 minutes before someone else walked in saying “I have an appointment for 7pm”I was so confused and shocked. I continued to wait for another 20 minutes. Because this is the only nail salon open later.I hate to bring this up but I’m middle eastern and the woman that was helped right away was white. It seemed odd and unprofessional. I even said something but they murmured something and told me to continue to wait

This salon is very dirty and their equipment doesn't work. But they did accommodate me last minute and my nails came out okay. They really need to clean it up though

My nails always come out well here but the vibe is just not it. No music or anything playing, and the place needs a face lift. The sink area seems a bit dirty, and you can see paint peeling off the trim, honestly just needs a little attention.

First time at this salon, and won't be the last! I came in with two of my friends for a mani/pedi. We did a walk in around 6:45 pm and started at 7. Had a small wait, but we were greeted and helped out promptly! Tami did my toes and my nails and I got gel for both! They turned out so cute, and were exactly what I asked for. Definitely busier in the night time. It was a very relaxing experience and tami did so well!

Don't bother making an appointment. If you have all day to waste then come here. They don't give a damn about customer service. Made an appointment for 7 PM it's 8:30 PM and I'm still freaking waiting! If I didn't have s*** first thing in the morning to attend to I wouldn't have ever waited this long. F****** lame a** s*** on Sunday night.

If I could give 0 stars I would I sat here and waited for over 1.5 hours to get my nails done for them to come to me and tell me that they do not have time to do my nails bc they were closing. They could have told me this before and I would have been able to make it to another shop before they close . Do not goo here they have the worst customer service skills I’ll def post this bad experience to all of social media Save ur time and energy Rude afService: Acrylic nails

I'll start this review off by saying that overall, the outcome was good. My nails look nice and so do my toes. That being said - a regular pedicure and a Gel X set with no art design should NOT take 3 hours. I can appreciate being meticulous, but this was just inefficient. I got there at 6:45 pm and left at 9:30. Normally when I get this service at other salons, I'm in and out within 90 min. I didn't even have to remove a set! If you have plenty of time to spare and are looking for a good salon that's open late, this is a good choice for you. But I don't think I'll be going back to this place unless I'm in a pinch.
