I was standing in the same spot next to perfumes for 15min and not one employee asked me if i needed help yet they asked the woman shopping next to me if she did. So if im a guy, I don’t receive customer service? I saw one employee helping out another lady and when she was done, she walked right past me and didn’t even look in my direction. In that moment i left. I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to chase down an employee who clearly doesnt want to help. It’s their job to ask, especially when you’re near the LOCKED perfume section.

Customer service is always great, they have a good selection of designer and budget brands. they've got makeup, skincare, hair care, and nail polish etc. it's always a fun place to spend some time looking around and shopping

Terrible customer service. I came in during a down time there was only one other customer in the store and they were walking around by themselves. I needed to color match a foundation since I don't wear foundation too often. It's not like I was going to waste their time I would also purchase the foundation. Anyway I was passed around like a football from employee to employee each one saying the next was their color match expert. So I ended up with their in house skin "specialist" and older lady who had absolutely no interest in finding me a foundation and instead pushing her lotions to me. She kept calling my Melasma Malaysia ....yes this is their skin care expert calling melasma Malaysia repeatedly. Any way I let her know after her ramblings that I was only here for foundation and she passed me on the again and ended up with the first girl who I asked for help. Anyway I only realized the foundation she hurriedly matched me with is at least 2 shades darker than my skin tone. Thanks. Whoever owns this chains needs to reevaluate your employees especially your skin care " specialist" will not be back.

Wish I can rate it lower, the workers are so mean and unprofessional. Specifically the chubby asian with acne that scoffed and rolled her eyes at me when i brought up i was buying a perfume that was being held upfront that i needed to buy after she quickly ran me up. I felt like a burden the entire transaction and i’ll definitely be avoiding this location from now on.

Sophia was on point with making my purchase today. She helped me out at the cash register and made sure I was able to get my free gift with purchases. Appreciate the kind gesture and customer service!

This place reminded me why I prefer to shop online and exclusively now Sephora. I tried to return an item I bought the day before still sealed and they have me a hard time....not even high price item. The workers always seem annoyed when checking you out.

What is going ON with this company? I tried to place an order on their website. I attempted with all three of my Apple devices. It was the most glitchy, clunky website and no way I can place the order. I called them to do an order over the phone, they can't even do that. There's no email address to complain to. This corporation is a complete joke. Luckily Sephora was price matching their sale price on Bobbi Brown eyeliner so I was able to order from them quickly and easily with no issues. I bet this company won't be around in 10 yrs.

I was at ULTA and had a wonderful experience with a women who worked there named Saige She was so helpful and pleasant and I really enjoyed my time with her.Very knowledgeable about alot of different cosmetic lines that really helped she is my go to person whenever I shop there. Thank you Saige

Yesterday at 1:20pm, I went in for a brow appointment. The lady who did my brows was very sweet, and everything eventhough she waxed off a chunk of my eye brow by accident. She worked with me for an hour, trying to fix them. They're not the shape I wanted, and I was horrified when i realized how bad it was. She felt so guilty I know it was by accident and tried to reassure me, she told me she would talk to her manager about the service costs. Apparently, her manager said "there nothing she can really do about," which was awful to hear because I just had one of the worst wax experiences of my life, AND I had to pay for it. I'm never coming back, and I highly do NOT recommend!

This was my first time at this Ulta location & I probably won’t come back. No one greeted me when I walked in which they always do at any beauty locations I’ve visited. None of the staff asked if I needed help. When I did have a question, I asked if there was anyone available to help me out, and one of the ladies very rudely said “with what?”. I did get help afterwards by someone else who was helpful however the same person who helped me also rang me up and they didn’t ask if I wanted to use my points (which I always get asked) which made me remember I did have some to use so I asked if could check and it seemed like that bothered them?
Overall just very rude staff, don’t bother asking for help, and the store just feels very unwelcoming.
If you’re a local please go elsewhere.

Not a friendly store at all,Especially if u come in wearing sweat pants. The employees look & treat u like u don't belong & watch u like ur stealing,But don't bother to ask if u need any help. Won't be going there aga!n.
