Aside from the actual work being done, my F150 has been in and out of this dealership getting serviced for about six months because every time I bring it in somehow it takes at least a month to figure out the root problem….The length of time for repairs is one thing, but what really makes my experience deserving of a one star review is the fact that the communication is absolutely beyond terrible, every single time I have brought this truck in for repair at this dealership, if I don’t call and pick up the phone and ask what is going on and what’s the status update then the truck would literally just sit there for months on end………. I’ve had to take my time to show up in person to get responses along with calling and calling and calling multiple times not to mention sometimes when you call you can’t even get a hold of your service advisor , not really trying to make this sound worse than it is, but the communication is just terrible plain and simple, I understand after Covid a lot of dealerships are having this issue, and a lot of businesses are having difficulties retaining people, etc. etc., but for communication to be this level of poor is just not good……ultimately I’m satisfied that my truck has been resolved of all its issues, but it’s been a total of between six months and eight months without having a truck, then having to chase down my service advisor every time I need to figure out what’s going on.Alex

Paul Parsons is the best service manager I’ve ever met! Exceptional communication with a sincere desire to make your experience the best it can be. I have company business we’ve always done through HB Ford and previously used Ford in Costa Mesa, never again. I’ll always bring my vehicles to Paul in Irvine moving forward.

I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change at 8:30am on Saturday 10-11-23. The day before I was told that it would take about 2.5 hours to complete.When I dropped the vehicle off I was given paperwork with a guarantee time of 2PM. I didn’t think too much of it since the day before I was told it would take 2.5 hours.At 1:30 I called the dealership because I still hadn’t heard any progress update. I was told they had a busy morning and had just started on my truck. I told them I’d be there at 2pm because that was when their paperwork said it was guaranteed to be done. When I arrived the truck still wasn’t ready. Finally at 2:30, a full 6 hours after I had dropped my truck off it was ready.If I had known it would take 6 hours to complete I would have just done my own oil change since it takes me less than an hour but apparently a dealership has a difficult time getting it done in 6.

We had a great experience purchasing our first electric car here! (gorgeous Mach-E!) Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I did not feel pressured by anyone. They had lots of brand new Mach-Es available and they let us test drive on the road and in highway conditions (a nearby service road connected to the highway). They explained all the details of the car to us and were very patient. I couldn't imagine a better new car buying experience!! And I LOVE my Mach-E!!!! Thank you for making everything so easy Tuttle-Click ford!

I absolutely love this place. I needed to get my oil changed, and they were very quick to respond and arrange a set up to pick up my truck from work. They even brought it back in one piece. I highly recommend this spot for all your service needs they were very thorough and super friendly. Great customer service, you now have a dedicated customer to come here. This is the only place I been to who’s been very kind. So most def come here

Paul on the service team did an incredible job keeping me updated throughout my vehicle repair. He even took the extra steps to try and get an expired extended warranty to cover portions of the repair. Made it easy to get my vehicle back for a late night pickup. I recommend choosing Paul as your service advisor - I will only request him moving forward.

Having paid $6.50 at the pump a few days ago, I decided that I had had enough and went online to look for an electric vehicle, the only one that I had in mind was the Mach-E by Ford. I put an inquiry online and by that evening, drove off the lot with a beautiful new vehicle, credit app and approval was done remotely. At some point during the day Mechelle, the Internet manager gave me a call and she was the kindest person I have ever come into contact with at a car dealership. She made the whole transaction absolutely seamless, great interest rate, great experience, and a beautiful new car. I would suggest Tuttle Click and Mechelle to anyone. I also feel the need to put out a special kudos to Mason the finance manager as well, it didn’t feel like a sales transaction at all. It felt like I was dealing with friends who cared about my best interest!

I am rarely one to write or leave a comment unless it is a small business who I had a good experience with, and most of the time it is at their request. So for me to take the time to do this must mean the experience has been less than desirable to say the least, and maybe a bit therapeutic. Even writing this is most likely a moor point as the responses to negative feedback on here typically come with "please give us a call" and me having to call them constantly is part of the problem. Initially I had put in for new Maverick build, now I know it isn't there fault that things continued to be backed up on those builds so not blaming them for that. I did however never get notice of where my vehicle miiight be in the process in the two year time frame. I would stop in and ask occasionally and was told the same thing most of the time, it's in line. One time I stopped in and they had no record of me ordering the vehicle. Had to leave it to me to find the information for them to find the order. So time passes, July this year comes around, I'm not going to get the Maverick, so be it. I tell them I am interested in an F-150 they have there and that we have a deal to purchase if we can agree on trade in/price (they did not budge, that's fine)/and getting my $500 deposit for the hold on the Maverick back. Hard to believe it, but they had no record and could not find where I ever paid $500 deposit. Took the 30 secs to go into my phone and pulled up the confirmation of my $500. Once again correcting them on something they didn't have, I was on my way to buying the truck on the lot. They agreed on all fronts and was expecting the $500 back upon purchase. As you can guess, that didn't happen. I go and purchase the truck and ask where my $500 check is. They couldn't give it to me that day, but swore it would be sent out. I conceded as I wasn't going to let the $500 hold this up, they would get it to me. Was told it was in the mail and I should have next week. Next week comes, no check. Next week I call, and was told I should have it by now. They will put a stop payment on the first check and when I get the first one I would have to shred it. Well, 2nd check never came either. I even gave that one 2 weeks as I was traveling. I think I put in 4-5 phone calls and came over at least 2x trying to get this stupid $500 back from them. Finally after a months time (August) I was able to come in on a day off and grab the check from them one afternoon. Now one would think, oh maybe they have the wrong address. Well that's not the case, as they sent me a letter telling me they had not properly completed the CA paperwork for registration and would need me to bring the truck back in to get it weighed. This would need to be done at odd hours as the place they take it has odd hours. Once again, not their fault on the hours, but their fault on the paperwork. I bring the truck in, they get it weighed, and kudos to them they fill my tank up. At this point in time I think I am done. Truck purchased in July paperwork done, they shouldn't have to hear from me, I don't have to contact them. Well, here I am at the start of October and no plate or registration has shown up. That's odd. I purchased another vehicle from another dealership a month later and got the plate in the 4-6 weeks I was told to expect. I take it upon myself to call CA DMV. They let me know that they were still awaiting information from Ford back from July 6th and can't process until they have it. Once again I am calling Ford. I called them afternoon of 10/4, and was told I will get an answer right away and that shouldn't be the case. You will hear from us in an hour or first thing in the morning. I ask about the paper plate I have on my truck that expired in July and if I needed an updated. They weren't sure and would let me know asap. They did ask what the DMV was waiting on and I let them know what I thought they were looking for, but not my job/responsibility to do this. Shockingly here I am a couple of d

Having paid $6.50 at the pump yesterday, I made the quick decision to go online and research the Mustang Mach-E. I submitted an E inquiry online and within a few minutes called to ask a few questions. I was transferred to THE best person in car sales that I've ever come into contact with, Internet Sales Manager, Mechelle. The entire interaction from the call to when I drove my beautiful new car off the lot later in the evening was a complete pleasure. Mechelle and Finance Manager Mason, made the whole process fun, easy and flawless. It didn't feel like a sales transaction at all, I felt like I was interacting with friends, who cared about my needs and well being. I've purchased a lot of cars in my life and I mean A LOT and never have I experienced such warmth, professionalism and ease as I did yesterday. Kudos to this amazing team, it was a true pleasure, what an epic experience! I have already started referring people! Thank you x ! I love my car!!

Timothy McCormick, Calvin, and Mason(finance) were very helpful; there was no pressure, no rush. Very friendly, to the point, and honest. The process did not take long. Had a very nice experience. Tim is very thorough in taking care of his customers. He walks through all car details and prepares things ahead of delivery; so that everything is ready; saving you lots of time. He is into long term customer relationships.

I had a great experience at Tuttle click ford. I went to quick service and my car was well taken care of. Paul was very helpful. He gave me an accurate wait time and checked in with me while I waited. I didn’t have to wait too long, either. Great service! I’ll definitely be back.

I normally don’t take time outta my day to leave reviews but the Service Director Sean Osborne at Tuttle Click Ford of Irvine deserves one. Sometimes warranty repairs don’t go according to plan but Sean came thru and handled my case personally and got everything resolved. Highly recommend top to bottom. Thanks again for all your hard work!

I called to order a Maverick earlier this summer using the Employees AZ-Plan and they said the list was closed. No problem, they took my name and number and said they'd contact me when the list opened up again. I just called to follow-up and they said the list opened again up but closed several weeks ago. I never received a call or anything. A really disappointing experience.

Walked in for a basic oil change and alignment. Said it would take 4 hours they called me a lift free of charge to take me back home. Their customer service was amazing everyone working there really helped u and took care of you. Definitely would recommend you going to savanna!! She was super sweet and helpful!
