Tuttle-Click Jeep and Ford were awesome. Both teamed up to resolve issues with our Jeep. Jeffrey from Jeep and Nader from Ford are very professional and truly cared about their customers. From the Welcome, Q&A, and follow-up communications, no one better. Highly recommend both dealerships for your service.

Worst experience of all. Unfortunately I had no choice but to take it there because my car broke down and they were the closest Ford service . The customer service was horrible. From the sales person I encountered on my first day and the technician all through the 4 months my car was on recall, (May-Sept). If I was able to tow my car elsewhere I would have.

The Fleet sales Lady Sheri was professional, fast and nice. Unfortunately she went home before I came in. The sales guy Tim was also a good friendly guy and very knowledgeable. Overall the process was fast. The floor sales manger was maybe ok'ish I guess. I didn't really talk with him to much. The finance lady was the least impressive of the bunch. She almost made me tear up the contract. She has a big mouth and made me feel uncomfortable. I'm not sure what her problem is. Would've been 5 stars except for the sales manager and the old
finance lady. I guess every dealer has it's bad apples. 2 positives + 2 negatives= nothing special about this dealer from my experience. At least it was quick. As for the vehicle it wasn't washed, had a full tank almost. They provided Subpar new vehicle prep.
I originally gave it 3 stars. I am now revising it down to 1 star. I called the finance department to ask a followup question about the loan. The same lady is extremely rude. I just can't believe they would keep someTHING like this type of person on their staff. Let's face it. anyone can do that person's job with the proper background. Unbelievable!

Our first time at this dealership. We didn’t have an assigned Service Manager since we are new. We have a transit 350. Diego introduced himself, very polite and professional and welcoming. He was awesome. I went in for “ the works”. I told him we were driving cross country to the east coast. He made sure to check the vehicle over. He was very thorough. They even made a 4min inspection video. Very impressive. Did not try to oversell anything.

I had a fantastic first service for my new little Maverick, but the second service was rough. It had to do with the dealership losing internet, crashing the phone system and software updates, which is the bulk of the service on many newer cars, to fail. The service manager, Dan Schmidt, was awesome through it all. He was busier than a one-armed paper hanger, as my father used to say, and his engagement showed how highly he prioritizes customer service. He earned the dealership high points with us, in part causing us to buy another new Ford, a sweet Mach E, just two weeks later.

Tuttle Click Ford Irvine has the best sells and service departments. They are outstanding at making your experience go smoothly with the least hassle. I just purchased my 3rd ford from the number one car salesman, Branden I. He his extremely knowledgeable and makes buying a car a pleasant experience! I highly recommend this dealership and Branden!

My regular maintenance was done as requested but I'm very disappointed with my purchase of the extended warranty, I'm having issues with the back gate on my 2019 Ford Flex. This was the kind of issue we specifically purchased the warranty for. But it was decided that since the lift gate motor failure was caused by the struts leaking and as the struts conveniently aren't covered that the lift motor also isn't covered and my claim was denied. The warranty wasn't worth the money we paid.

My car broke down on the way from Arizona to drop my daughter at college. Tuttle-Click was the nearest Ford dealer, so we had the car towed there. Our experience at Tuttle-Click was seamless; excellent service and great communication. Thank you!
