Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership!!!! They tried to charge me over $600 for a recirculation door actuator!! Told me it was in the front of the motor & very difficult to get too!!!! They lied it was so accessible and simple fix!!! The part was less than $60 and took my mechanic 45 minutes to fix!!! They also misdiagnosed the repair so after waiting 5 months waiting for the wrong part I finally took my wife’s car to Orange Coast Chrysler they are awesome! Fixed everything and turns out it’s under warranty so I only have to pay $100 deductible! Stay away from Tuttle Click Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram!!! Very dishonest!!!

Massoud Ghazizadeh was great. He worked with me over email, which was what I preferred over haggling in person. The quotes he sent were reasonable, especially no dealer-installed junks included in the quotes (Puente Hills Jeep added $4k worth of dealer-installed stuff in their quote). He did the best he could to get close to the price I wanted. Finally we settled on a price without much hassles that was reasonable to both sides. I spent only approx 1.5 hrs to inspect the car and do the paperwork and left the lot with my new Grand Cherokee Overland. Even though the dealer is 80 miles away but it worths the drive. It’s nice and clean and the people are courteous.

Tuttle Chick Jeep Irvine was not able to service my vehicle. After scheduling appointments (on 2 occasions) I was told that they would need to keep the vehicle for several days before they could even look at it. I ended up picking up my car and taking it to another mechanic who was able to diagnosis and make repairs in a few hours.

The entire experience was amazing. Robert Trachtman (sales) was the best. This is the only place you should consider when buying a Jeep.

This is the second time that I have my Van Camper serviced here at Tuttle Click. It’s a RV build on Ram Promaster chassis. Jeff is a very nice person. He gave me many good advices and took care some issues thru the service. It was a very pleasant and warm experience. I really appreciate their services .

Service department had my truck for several weeks but they were unable to diagnose what is wrong with my truck. Problem still exists and I’m out of pocket another $925 in rental car expense. don’t buy a Ram!!!!!

I had a headlight out on our 2016 Durango and took it in for replacement. Unfortunate for me, it required a halogen bulb and with labor would have cost me ~ $865 (just over $400 for the cost of the bulb its self!). I had the job done by my local mechanic for $327 including labor!! I really wish dealerships, in general, would quite fleecing their customers - they would get a lot more business.

Exceptional Service and an "Impossible" Deal at Tuttle-Click!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Abdul, Zeke, and Keith at Tuttle-Click, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
After shopping around and considering various offers, I found a deal at Tuttle-Click that I really liked. Other dealerships claimed the deal I was offered was impossible and tried to convince me I'd face hidden costs or dealer-installed options. But Abdul, Zeke, and Keith proved them wrong. They honored every detail of the deal down to the penny, with no surprises or hidden fees.
Thanks to their excellent service, I'm now a proud owner of a Wrangler Rubicon X 4xe!

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee for service to Tuttle Click for the first time. I used to take it to Coastline where I bought it in 2018, but my past few service experiences at Coastline were extremely poor. I was very pleased with the Tuttleclick experience. Advisors were friendly and accurate. They provided an Uber / Lyft to take me home. Everything was done on time. Plan to make this my go-to moving forward. And Coastline has lost a customer forever (and i"m due to refresh my car not too long into the future).

Only one star because zero stars is not an option. Service advisor Jeffrey seemed a little out of his depth. I am also thinking that Jeffrey is not getting the support he deserves. Was promised a diagnosis within 2-3 days of emergency drop off. That didn't happen. After a few phone calls and a visit to the dealership on day seven later i was told i needed a new starter (1100$) before any further diagnostic work could be performed.
I suspected this was not true and had the car towed to another service provider. I requested a waiver of the diagnostic fee ($225)but was told NO by the service mgr.
Turned out I did not need a new starter.
