This review is a little late, but it was important for me to express my sincere appreciation to Ron Evans for making the car-buying experience such a pleasurable one. My family and I bought not one, but two recent vehicles from TC Hyundai and there's no better salesman than Ron. He's genuinely a good guy. I highly recommend him. Maybe you should think about lianer cars. I realize the insurance is probably through the roof but, just saying. Thoufh my wife's car is still in service, I have faith you will take care of her "Beast"?

I purchased a vehicle from Ron Evans at Tuttle Click Hyundai on October 14th. I originally reached out to Ron on October 11th, letting him know I was interested in the Volvo XC90. We made plans for me to come and check out the vehicle. Ron was in a tough spot because another family arrived the same morning I did to see the vehicle I wanted to purchase. It was a stressful situation, but Ron and the team at Tuttle-Click handled the situation well. It can't be easy when selling a used vehicle there is only one of, and having multiple parties interested in the vehicle. Ron even called me yesterday to follow up to see how the car was doing. I greatly appreciated the follow up phone call, it let me know Ron truly cared about me as a customer. I recommend Tuttle-Click Hyundai and Ron for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I cannot believe the unprofessional service my family received by the sales team. Ron- who I was in communication with for two days double booked a showing on a vehicle I set up for this morning. I informed him we were running behind due to having an infant that was up all night. Ron responded with "no worries" for coming in this morning- no info that someone else was coming to look at that particular vehicle. We get there 10 mins after the other couple- Ron and the Sales manager Blair basically told us too bad. Even though I said ok, we will do the paperwork and buy the car basically "sight unseen" - they said first come first serve- meanwhile I have already started this deal more than 24 hours priorThis is the true definition of snake oil salesman. Absolute trash.

I just left a review about service department and suggested that I had problems also with the misrepresentation of sales and finance as not being trustworthy. A review was than posted showing how I gave them a 5 star rating. Yes that was true only because Omar said if I did so it would benefit him and me. The realization of their trustworthiness came the following day when I woke up from a 10 hour day with the dealership. The issues were many and I had a contentious week there after. I believe I also wrote another review explaining my issues but am unaware on how to find it.

Tom Bruck took great care of my truck. My truck has issues that are not Tuttle Click Fords' problem. They have tacked the same problem at least 3 times, and I think they finally have the issue solved.

Tuttle-Click Hyundai/Genesis of Irvine is a horrid stealership. Too many issues, but here's some highlights:- Looking for a Genesis GV60 in plain/"Alta" white, which is one of the few colors that showed no mark-up on the website. Notably, they had no brochures/info on the vehicle, knew little/nothing about the vehicle, and did not know/explain the details about EV's like the Electrify America charging, Connected Services, Federal/State tax incentives, CA's Clean Air Vehicle decals, etc.- After test-drive and written price quote for that exact car, which showed the correct color and no mark-up, went back the next day to buy the car. Tried to mark-up $1,000 saying that all GV60's needed to have that added... apparently, even on top of the ones already showing a few thousand mark-up on the website. Bait and switch.- Finally agreed no mark-up per their website and price quote, but then tried selling us the wrong pearl/"Uyuni" white, which was about $700 more plus taxes... yet tried to blame this mix-up on me, like the customer is supposed to be the expert and ensure they weren't being upsold on the wrong white color (or cross-check the car's actual VIN with the one on the price quote). Bait and switch.- Even after spending almost 6-hours buying the car in the right color at the stated price, and dealing with their arrogant/aggressive "finance guy", they failed to do most of the Genesis mandated Customer Delivery Checklist, including introducing us to their service department and setting up the first service appointment.- They promised and sold us on the Genesis luxury experience (at least post-sale, as the purchase experience was terrible), specifically the Genesis Service Valet. As our situation would really need that feature, it was one of the reasons we decided to go with Genesis over other brands for this purchase.- Months later, for both the first maintenance and for the rear axle recall, find out they don't have Genesis Service Valet, and likely never did/will. They only offer a Lift from/to the stealership. While they cited staff shortage (no driver) for the valet service, they showed no signs of hiring anyone for months. Adding insult to injury, they would not offer a courtesy/loaner vehicle. So, staff shortage plus this car dealership having a car shortage. Better yet, their service advisors and service department manager never respond (even with an appointments already scheduled).* Much better and responsive service from Genesis of Laguna Niguel, who will even provide Genesis Service Valet for the unfortunate souls who purchased their car from Tuttle-Click.

Just purchased a brand new GV60 electric from Genesis. Omar was our sales associate and he was very helpful, informative and not at all pushy. He was even nice enough to offer us some pizza for lunch. I am so far very happy with my car and overall satisfied with my experience at Tuttle-Click Hyundai.

Omar and Zeke were amazing! This was our 2nd car now (in the family) with Tuttle-Click and again they made the process so smooth. It's hard to ever get excited about buying a car (it's usually only after you are driving it away are you happy), however they made the process of purchasing the car nice too. They treat you like they truly value and care and it's not that slimy salesman tactic many of us have encountered. We first got a car from Zeke (a Jeep, a couple months ago), then my dad wanted the New Ionic 6 (all electric). After me telling him how great my experience was he wanted to come here too. I called Zeke and he then worked with Omar at Hyundai and my dad got the exact car he had been dreaming about. They had to find the color at a different dealership and they did. The next day we went in to get all the paperwork signed and pick up the car. Omar and Zeke even came in on their day off to get us the car. They go above and beyond here and honestly that's what makes the difference buying from them. Nobody likes the process of buying a car, they made this core memory a beautiful one though. Highly recommend Omar (Hyundai) and Zeke (Jeep)! My dad is loving his new ride! I love mine too! We will be getting all our cars here!

Omar does not play around like most car dealers. He was on top of everything and very responsive. He worked really hard to get the car we wanted. I will definitely go back for my next car

It is impossible to get an appointment less than 2 months out. It doesn’t matter if you have a recall or follow up appointment because something they said they fixed is still not working. Case in point took the car in for exhaust codes and was told they flashed the ECM and it cleared the evaporation leak. I’m not a car guy so whatever, despite not having the car for a week and having 2 active warranties on the vehicle including take the OEM and the top tier of their financed extended warranties but still ended up paying $400+ to “flash update the computer” and now the car stereo which controls the navigation, temperature, back-up camera, bluetooth, and sound. So two months, $400+ dollars and now the car has bigger problems than when we brought it in and now they want to make me wait another 2 months just to start all over from the beginning. We wont be buying anything from Tuttle Click and I would not recommend purchasing their extended warranties .

They have multiple admin layers to get the service done. Advisor, service department, then cashier. The communications among these different parts don't communicate well together. The routine service took longer than they promised. If I didn't check with the advisor at the due time, who then reminded the technician to work on my car, I would've waited even longer. But just to check out at the cashier and get my key back took another 20 mins because the cashier wasn't told my car was ready despite the advisor said so. The waiting area was nice on the other hand and you can buy sandwiches, burritos, and drinks.
