“My van blew the radiator while I was driving. I had no choice but to park it in a lot where the business there had moved. That business called Earls to have me towed. When I called them, Sarah answered the phone. She was extremely nice. She asked if there was something wrong with the van and offered their services to fix the issue. Then she gave me a discount on having my van towed because I am a vet. The mechanic Terry called me once he looked at it to give me the estimate and a timeline. The work was done both in time and within the estimate. Labor charges are in line with other mechanics in the ILM area. I will use Earls again and I recommend them. I have read the other reviews and people must remember they are called to provide a service. I understand having your vehicle towed unexpectedly is a big cost, but from my experience with them, if you treat them nicely and with respect, you will get treated that way in return.”

“If you ever need a reliable, fast and, informative roadside assistance technician these are the guys. My battery fell dead randomly and I called the guys at Lacoste, I had my car up and back running within 35mins and that’s including the initial phone call. I thought I was about to have to wait for at least an hour if they even come based off my previous dealing with big companies like AAA. Don’t get stuck with a worthless membership when you can call these guys and get the job done so you can move on. Thanks again!!”
“I sure will be back! I brought my '13 Avalon for a much needed front struts' replacement, and I'm delighted with the work done. I chose to give this place a chance based on the detailed reviews it had, and I can tell you I made the right decision; My car model isn't as common, so buying aftermarket parts isn't much of an option. I have trust issues handing out these expensive OEM parts that cost so much, as I've had issues with multiple mechanics in the past, but let me tell you, Irving and his team have earned my trust, as they answered all my questions and showed me the used parts. “All the folks at Top Finish are top notch! My C8 Corvette was hit from behind and was very, very concerned who would do the repair. After investigating several shops in OC and LA area, I decided with Top Finish and now that I have my car back I see I made the right call. They were just as concerned as I was and totally went the extra mile. The repair is perfect and guaranteed for life and returned beautifully detailed, polished and waxed. Due to parts shortages, because of the UAW strike, there were some parts not available and Top Finish found a temporary 3rd party muffler until the genuine Chevrolet muffler arrived 3 months later and reinstalled at no extra charge. I was able to drive my Precious during those 3 months. I am extremely pleased with the results and service and highly recommend them.”

Brian was extremely professional, thorough, and cordial. He knew enough about my complicated Range Rover to disable the car being locked electronically and was able to tow it on Blair's beautiful Mack tow truck to my mechanic. I highly recommend Brian and I highly recommend Blair's towing!”

“The owner saved the day and wouldn't even accept a tip. Penske roadside person was obstinate for us and the poor towing company. We need a replacement car carrier asap to finish our move to San Francisco. The poor driver was locked out of the first penske location because they didn't leave a key. Penske rep was verbally abusive to us and the towing company. The owner stopped post vacation and helped us get the car and set everything up, including giving us driving tips as we had the 26-foot Penske, which is a semi. Amazing man, he saved the day and put our minds at ease as we headed for the Grapevine. I can't thank him enough. During an extremely stressful time, he really added comfort and guidance. “I was at Aliso Beach with my two boys (7 and 4 yrs.) in Laguna Beach today. We turned off the car for a few minutes but when I went to go turn on the car, I heard a clicking sound, and knew it was the battery!I called AAA and they immediately sent Cristian to service my vehicle. He got there in10 minutes and was so polite, thorough, and kind. He told me my battery was dead and wouldn't hold a charge. He asked me what I wanted to do and I told him to replace it. He immediately drove back to his garage in the Canyon to get a new battery for my car. It can be a little iffy being at a beach when it's pitch black outside, but the boys and I felt safe and comfortable because he started my car so we could stay warm until he came back. He was back in 20/25 minutes. The entire experience was 5-star because of Cristian and his professionalism!!!”
