The owners were very kind & friendly! They resized my ring quickly for a fair price, and they made sure I was happy with the finished product. I would definitely come back for future jewelry repairs.

I really recommend this place for fast jewelry/chain adjustments. I have been here twice already and Michael never disappoints. He is so sweet and really cares about his customers. I recently came in to have my purse chain adjusted. Service was fast. I had the option to wait but I came back the next morning to pick it up, and it came out perfect- the length was exactly how I wanted it. Price is also great. The actual office is a little hard to find. The door right in front of the parking lot is actually a side door and is usually always locked. You have to walk left around the building to find the entrance and when you enter, the cubicle is on the left. But if you need directions, someone has always been there to pick up the phone and help.

Such incredible work! The owners are such nice people. And they were able to resize 2 of my rings and fix the prongs on another in less than 48 hours! On my engagement ring, they were able preserve the engraving on the inside which I am so thankful for! Don't be intimidated by the new location, you just have to go around the building and go in through the side door that is facing Main. Thank you so much for my rings!!!

great service, very helpful, I was gifted a watch for christmas but the watch band was too tight, they were able to punch a hole for me at a reasonable price better than the competitor around the area

Michael was very helpful, was able to fix my clasp for two diamond pieces for cheaper than any competitor around, and he did it all in 10 minutes! Highly recommended, don't need to stop by anywhere else!

Avoid these scammers. Had them replace my watch battery. Very friendly and said they upgraded it to best quality and would only charge for regular. It lasted ~5 months. I went back to previous place (longer drive) and current battery has lasted 18+ months and still going strong. Who needs this nonsense…

I brought my 2 bracelets and necklace to be fixed here at Top Fix. One bracelet had 2 cracked crystals and he was able to fix/replace the stone and it blends in perfectly with the rest of the stones. I am so happy with result. My other bracelet I got shortened and now it's the correct right size for my wrist. For the necklace, he was able to add a pendant that I brought by adding a loop and securing it to the middle just like I wanted. I highly recommend this store! So nice and friendly, reasonable price, will definately be coming back in the future! Thank you :)

I had my engagement ring sized down and he explained to me how he was going to do it and the risks involved. and it was perfect when I got it back, It was even more sparkly than when I dropped it off :)

Top Fix is absolutely the only place I trust to take care of my jewelry and valuables. My mom always has been a customer and I am as well. Michael is such a sweetheart , always willing to talk with us and go the extra mile for his customers. He's done everything for us from stringing pearls to fixing diamonds and replacing battery watches. I can't recommend this place enough. There's always easy parking, and it's easy to find off main street.
