SHADY COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST their ship to home process. I never received my order and they will not return my money.
I ordered a pair of shoes for $107.74 through the Irvine Spectrum cashier on 3/7/24 for my daughter's birthday. The shoes never arrived. I emailed customer service on 4/5 and was told they would file a claim and I could expect a refund in 3-5 business days. 4/26 still no refund, emailed customer service. 5/26 still no refund, emailed customer service. 6/14 I called customer service and was told they are unable to refund any ship to home purchases made in store, something about a system glitch that they are working on. That day I received an email giving me a store credit for $107.74. 6/18 I emailed customer service that I won't ever be shopping at Tilly's again, that I refuse the e-gift card and will be filing a dispute with my cc. 10/8 still no credit and emailed customer service that I don't want the e-credit and will file another claim with my cc. This is going on 8 months now and I have spent countless hours on the phone and emailing to get this simple problem fixed. Ridiculous company, buyer beware.

customer service here isnt great. you got groups of teens eyeing and judging you while walking through the store. you also got this guy named adam that wont be working but instead spend his whole time trying to flirt with girl customers including my girlfriend.

Went on a busy Sunday evening for back to school shopping, everyone there was super nice , friendly and helpful. The store was easy to navigate and find sizes both on shirts and jeans, the workers were keeping up with cleaning after the customers. The cashier that helped us was just wonderful and she didn't treat us just like another customer she was interacting with us and just being super pleasant, she did an awesome job. Thanks Jillian for making a stressful evening not so stressful at the end.

Tilly's is hit or miss for me. Sometimes you'll find a couple cute things, other times there is absolutely nothing cute. But that's all personal preference. Let's talk about this location. It's laid out well and organized so it's easy to find which section you're looking for. You're greeted upon entry, and offered help. If you're just browsing, they leave you alone unless you need them. The store is kept neat and tidy, and there's a good sized selection of clothing and accessories. If you like Tilly's, you'll like this location. If you're looking for more than teeny tiny tight crop tops, look elsewhere.

Customer service is always so horrible here compared to the other Tilly’s. The staff are so rude and blatantly ignore you while they’re on their phones or talking amongst each other. The Tilly’s at the district is way better.

This is one of the better Tilly's stores around. It's clean and well stocked, and the staff is very friendly. They have everything that one would find on their website, but you can try everything on before buying it. Some employees are still wearing masks, and there are dividers at the checkout.

Went here the other day because I was in the area and usually go to Tillys at other locations. I found these flared corduroy brown pants I really liked and ended up getting them online for the discount. The main reason I wrote this review is because of the rude manager on duty. My friends and I witnessed him yelling at multiple employees, and to make it worse in public. Firstly, I don't think any person should have the right to treat anyone like that, but I know there's nothing I can do about other peoples morals. Second, all the manager did was embarrass his employees and humiliate himself; it reflected more poorly on the manager, and even worse for Tillys for tolerating such verbally abusive people. EVEN if they weren't doing their jobs or if they were slacking off, there are better ways to treat people. Do better. Or at the very least be ashamed. This really encouraged me to look into the company and it's practices. I hope Tillys learns to pay more and I hope Tillys employees unionize. After reflecting on this I don't think I can support a corporation that treats its workers like little kids. Bad service! Mean management!

Cool store, was able to find my son the Nyjah Nike shoes he was looking for. The staff was really helpful and I was surprised by how many brands they sell, we haven't shopped here a ton in the past but we'll definitely be back. It was easy, the music wasn't overly loud and they had everything my family needed, I got my younger kids backpacks and lunchboxes that match, they were so excited to find something different. I wish they had paper or recycled bags, but this is my constant request everywhere we go.

I bought a couple rings and bracelets from here. They were all false gold but I wouldn't imagine for the gold to get off so quickly. I wore a couple gold rings once from there and the moments I looked down to tale a look at my fingers.... The rings were a silver brown color! This place should really focus on making better jewelry. Tillys is still a good cloths store but this review is for the jewelry.
