1st time customer and definitely plan to use them for all my Tax needs. NyNy Tran was super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything and actually finished and completed my Tax Return way faster than I had thought. Would highly recommend for sure.

For years now, I've used Oliver Kim and each year my life circumstances have changed - had a rental, sold a property, lost a parent and had a small inheritance to deal with, and so many other unique situations - and Oliver Kim is ALWAYS one step ahead of the latest tax laws and is SO STINKING EFFICIENT, I am amazed!!! Watching him enter data and run numbers on his double screens while maintaining pleasant small talk is truly magical! I feel I am in good hands with him and truly trust him more than I ever have any other tax person. Thanks Oliver.

I was recommended to Oliver through a relative and have used him now for three years. I am truly grateful for his knowledge and experience, as well as his willingness to teach and share. He's very professional and very helpful. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with his work. I'd recommend him to any of my friends or colleagues.

This is my third year working with Oliver on my taxes, and I won't go anywhere else. I've been to two other accountants who came highly recommended. The first were just overpriced and super salesy - it felt like most of them had sales targets to hit. I'm just sorry that it took me several years of using them before realizing I was taken advantage of. The second was fairly priced but had very poor customer service - didn't honor appointments, etc. Oliver is honest, ethical and respectful of his clients' time. I also don't feel like I'm dealing with a salesman but instead working with someone who just wants to do a good job. I also appreciated the advice he'd give me along the way on what to consider for the next year. I don't have complex tax needs but there is some degree of complexity with equity holdings that he's helped me with. I look forward to seeing him next year!

Oliver is a nice and professional person but he is just a number cruncher. He was never able to give me strategic advice and in fact cost me a lot of money in taxes one year even though I asked him about options before making decisions. It was only later that other CPAs told me what I could've done differently. I was very disappointed using his services. If you have multiple properties and need someone who can truly guide you, consider yourself lucky to be reading this review. I just saved you a lot of heartache and regret.

This year was my first year using a tax preparation service. Luckily, the good reviews for The Taxperts pointed me in the right direction. They handled my case perfectly. I had a situation where I had to file a very simple extra form, and normally extra forms increase the preparation cost. Since it was an easy form, they gave me a large discount on the cost of filing it. I also had a tax form arrive late, and they helped me amend my return very easily and at very little cost. They treat your specific tax case very fairly here; I highly recommend The Taxperts for your tax preparation needs.

I needed review of our 2018 taxes done through turbo tax. I asked if she can do better and she said she can't trust our inputs. She can only educate us. Felt extremely put down and still charged us $150 for advice I can google myself. Worst customer service ever.

My wife and I started going to Oliver for tax prep a few years ago and i can't imagine going anywhere else now. We used Turbo Tax for while but as more paperwork started coming in we decided to get some help. The peace of mind alone is worth the short trip to The Taxperts. Oliver is extremely detail oriented and organized so when i show up with a pile of tax documents i know i'm in good hands. He's very thorough with each detail and answers all the questions i have about the tax rules. To top it all off, when you're done with your tax appointment he puts everything into a neat little folder to be filed away. I highly recommend giving him a call/email for any of your tax needs.

Unfortunately, I have to come back and update my review after years of using Oliver's services and sending at least two referrals his way. Oliver gave me dates and times he's available, and after I selected and confirmed a time, I was ignored for two days. When he finally responded, he told me that the appointment time was given away by his assistant. Despite it being "first come, first serve", the time I claimed first was given to someone who contacted them after me. Now he has no more evening appointments, because they were booked up during the two days he ignored me. The sooner I file my taxes, the sooner I can get my refund to put toward my kitchen remodel. I don't feel it's fair at all to tell me that I need to pick a new date and time, when I requested the booking first. I guess the person who got the appointment time was more important than me. Obviously, this was disheartening after all the business I brought this place between me and my referrals. ***In response to your comment Oliver, I understand that family emergencies happen. However, why am I the one that needs to pick an alternative date or time when I selected the date first? It should be the person that called after me that should reschedule... this is assuming that it's "first come, first serve "as you stated in your email. Second, I also have a client facing career. I recently had a medical emergency come up... that is not foreign to me. However, I utilize an out of office response as a means to notify my clients when there is an absence or extenuating circumstance. Had you set up an out of office encouraging clients to call your assistant to book an appointment, I would have most certainly done so. Instead you left me in the dark and booked someone else during my designated time. It's a lack of customer service that cost you my business. You booked someone else during my time, and instead of apologizing, you made excuses. Even in your response to this review, you state, "I'm sorry you felt..." instead of apologizing for your mistake. My feelings have nothing to do with it.
