My husband and I were referred over to The Insight Team of NEO Home Loans by our realtor. We worked directly with Amit, Darcy & Russell.All members were very professional, responsive & a wealth of information.Amit created an easy to follow analysis and estimate of what our monthly mortgage would be as well as an estimate of closing costs so we could purchase our new home confidently.Darcy was always right on top of our documents and made sure we had everything completed to keep the process moving along right on schedule.Russell called us after we purchased our home to let us know he would be personally handling our home loan for the years to come and let us know we could call him anytime with any questions.We would recommend The Insight Team of NEO Home Loans to any and all of our family & friends!

We had no idea about who this team was but let me tell you after connecting with them and getting to know their amazing team work, we bought our second home with helpful information Byron provided. He walked us through all the necessary steps to be successful buyers. Him and his team are so friendly and accesible. If you have any questions, they are always available to reply in a timely manner. Amit Singh and the Ryan Grant/NEO Home Loans team were extremely easy to work with. We appreciated their level of expertise and their ability to advise us to get the most competitive rate possible. Their relationship with our agent made the homebuying process smoother than we expected and their milestone checklists/use of technology simplified our understanding of the home loan process. The Ryan Grant Team is the team you want in any loan process. Working with them was like having this powerhouse behind you and NEVER feeling any stress or hassles. Truly, having had multiple experiences with mortgage loans, working with his company was by far the EASIEST and most ENJOYABLE experience ever. I loved working with the lending team during the shopping around phase to the end and making a final purchase. I loved the friendly service and personal touch from the Ryan Grant Team! I felt like they were and are my advocate and want to help me as opposed to just preparing a loan and being done with me. They clearly answered my many many email and text questions, throughout my first home buying experience. That nourishment of a customer is rare and I have and will continue to recommend Fairway to all my friends and family!

4 years ago I wrote my first 5 star review for Ryan Grant and his team when they helped us buy our first home. I now have the pleasure of writing another excellent review as they helped us navigate buying our new home. Huge thanks to Byron Watson, and the whole team at NEO as we were under the gun to have the loan approved in time for us not to miss out on our dream home. They also worked and communicated very well with our agent and the listing agent to make sure everything was in order and progressed smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking to buy a home.

My husband and I recently purchased a home with the help of Byron, Jinny, Derek and Russell. I could list a hundred reasons why I love this group so much, but a few that stood out are: 1. From day 1, they've been very honest and transparent and there was never any surprises that could push back our escrow. If they thought that we would have possible issues, they told us upfront and so we were always prepared for anything. 2. If it's your first time purchasing a house, terms and numbers are confusing. But they've explained everything to us so well. And if we found a house that we liked, all we need to do is send Byron the address and he would email us with the numbers which really prepared us for anything!3. They're all easy to reach. I could email now and get a response in less than an hour, and if it's important, I could get a call back in minutes. 4. Customer service skills is unparalleled. 5. They give you cookies from Cravory cookies (which is to die for). And once Russell found out that we loved the cookies, they sent us another box! So if I could give them 10 stars, I would. We've had such a great experience with this team, and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

The team at Neo Home Loans made the process of buying our first home completely seamless- I cannot recommend them enough. From our first zoom call with Jon and John, we knew we were in great hands, and it was all uphill from there. We knew exactly where we stood every step of the way, and they worked through every possible scenario and calculation with us, and always made sure to clarify every single one of our million questions. Manya was extremely diligent when it came to collecting all of our materials and helping us make sure we got every last document we needed, and was always keeping us up to date on the status of the process.When it came down to an offer, Jon got on a zoom call with us last minute on a Sunday night to ensure that everything got done quickly. If it wasn't for that kind of customer service in this crazy market, we would have missed out on our home.We are beyond grateful to Jon, John, Manya, and the entire Neo Team!

Amit, Darcy & Ryan were an incredible team to work with... and adapted when my slow & easy property purchase turned into a speeding train during Christmas/New Year & through Covid. They were able to do what no one else was. On the advice of a friend, I reached out to two other loan providers, and neither were able to figure out how to do what the Ryan Grant Team was able to do. I would recommend them to family, friends & complete strangers!

I just wanted to say it was a pleasure to work with the Ryan Grant team and they helped me so much through my first home purchase. I started working with the Ryan Grant team pre-covid and before the lockdown so I have been able to experience first hand how amazing this team is at pivoting and responding to anything the world can throw at them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great mortgage lender that will help you through your whole home purchase experience.They also keep in contact after the process is over to help transition into your new home. one of the things that I think everyone will love is access to this app that will keep track of all your repair records for you and if you don't know who to call to fix something they have it all in the app.I plan on working with the Ryan Grant team for all my home mortgage questions and needs.
