Anna and Ben have been servicing my Mercedes for 10 years now. They really know what your car needs and don't overcharge or upsell, like how a dealership does. Trustworthy, friendly, and skillful. My car hasn't had any issues for over ten years because they've helped me maintain it. I'm very happy with their pricing and service. I highly recommend them!

UPDATE 2- Disputing the charges and they were naughty and I allege they were not honest with the bank.- Having to re-file the chargeback.- State of CA Bureau of Automotive Repair is working on trying to resolve this but it’s such a mess****** UPDATE ******Anna The owner has gone on to just attack me personally.She never stood behind the shops work.Her so called Reputation is from 4+ YEARS AGO********This place was one of the worst experiences in my life. This business is purely fraud on every level and I would stay far away from here.I’ve filed a complaint with the following state of California government agencies and recommend you do the same if you have ever used this scam company- Bureau of Automotive Repair- State Attorney general’s office- Orange County district attorneyTheir corporate name is Mobilex automotivesworst part was when dealing with the state bureau is that they seemed to know Anna and this auto repair shop by name as if they’re a known scam operation.They misled with quotes that jumped up 40-50% not even 1-2 hours into having my car.They told me at 5:30 when I was going to go pick up my car that they would have to have my car “overnight” because they didn’t pay their workers overtime.Clearly she did this maliciously because the next day there was now more repairs that made my car “unsafe” to drive and she wouldn’t let me get my car. Their invoices and paperwork is shoddy and sketchy.

Anna is amazing, responsive and reliable!! Any time warning lights come on, there is that frenzy to try to figure out what is going on. My friend recommended me here, so I reached out to Anna via Yelp's request a quote and received a quick response to bring my car in for a diagnosis as well as clear instructions on how to locate the building. Once Mobilex's team figured out the issue, I received a very detailed explanation on the main issue, what caused it, how it affects the vehicle moving forward, and recommendations. I greatly appreciated that as my previous mechanics would just say i needed a new part and how much it would be. Thank you Anna and Mobilex team!

I've been going to Anna for years, and have trusted her with multiple cars: a Mercedes, BMW, and Infiniti. She's responsive, thorough, and mobilex does reliable work. I've unfortunately used them a lot (which is because of my cars, not them!), and found that it's typically not a surprise. When I do my regular services, they'll document and tell me what to look out for in the upcoming year or mileage limit, which is nice because I know how to gauge future visits. I've also been there times, where she didn't charge me (eg resetting and testing check engine light). Its nice to know a mechanic isn't nickel and diming you. The quickest response is by text, and Anna is typically very responsive if you ask a question or have a request. I'll be back.

They got me in the very morning I messaged them and fixed up my wheel well in a matter of 15 minutes! There was even a quick look at my car that they mentioned a few things like tire pressure, brakes, and though some may assume this was a pitch to make more money off of me there was NO pressure from them. It was all a simple "just a heads up"! I appreciate their quick response, thorough check, and great service!

I am writing a review as I took my Levante here with a "check engine" light. Anna said the shocks were bad and she replaced two shocks in my car for $2800. The car was still driving badly when I left- she said we just needed to get it rebalanced at Maserati. When I took it to the Maserati dealer they said it wasn't the shocks that needed fixing, as these shocks normally last far longer- they fixed something else ($3500) and then the car drove fine. Maserati basically states that the repair she did was questionable and unnecessary. The Bureau of Automotive Repair (Ed Hughes/ Drpt of Consumer Affairs) also reviewed the work and concurred. We ended up having to pay Maserati for another repair on the car, and because of the DCA's involvement Anna agreed to reimburse us for 50% of the work in August of 2022. She only made half of the first installment and did not make the second one. I have left her two emails and voicemails. I am posting the recommendation by the DCA/ automotive review board on 9/25/22. They recommended we take her to small claims and the inspector will turn over his records. Thank you.

Thank you, thank you thank you to Anna and everyone at Mobilex Auto Salon. My daughter is a college student and lives hundreds of miles away from home. I frantically texted and called shops around her area helping her find somewhere for her to take her car. Not only did Mobilex get back to me promptly, but they made time that same day to assess the problem and even squeeze in time for repairs. I could not be more grateful. We will go back for all future maintenance and repairs.

Read a review that the owner searches for shops for you and adds-on to their quotes. You should double check before coming here. BC, if that's the case, you can cut the middleman out yourself and go cheaper by going straight to the shop yourself. Below is the address I took my car too. I have been bringing my cars to Mobilex for years because I trust them. I appreciate how well they communicate as well as their attention to detail and their thoroughness. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Every time I bring my car in, I receive great service. Highly recommend!
