My client engaged him, said it would cost $12k tops, charges him close to $50k without notifying the increase, completely messed up the case in return, quit the case, and left other lawyers to clean up the disaster he left behind. Avoid !!

Best tax advice from David Klasing. I have very complex financial situation with multiple real estate properties and employees. David explained in detail (using simple examples) every income/tax scenario and base several recommendations as to how to handle (and how NOT to handle) real estate investing, tax deductions and pension income planning. A few of my companies received an audit from the FTB. When I originally got the notice from the FTB I was freaking out. I Found David Klasing online and reached out for consultation. David's firm worked with the FTB for year and half. After a year and half the FTB came back with a NO CHANGE REPORT status! Amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. The IRS had sent me a CP notice for taxes filed in 2018 in 2021 for a massive misreporting by the Gemini Crypto Exchange. A friend of mine recommended the Tax Law Office of Dave Klasing. From the beginning the interaction was very professional and expectations were set appropriately at every step of way. Despite receiving multiple notices from the IRS , the team handled each appropriately and in a timely manner. They set clear expectations on how the IRS takes time for responses, what the process looks like and realistic consequences. Dave was great! I scheduled a meeting with him and he walked me through the process of writing to the IRS to eliminate penalties that they said I owed. I did what he told me to do, and the next letter I got from the IRS told me that they were REFUNDING me over $3,000. Needless to say I was shocked when I got the letter, and if it weren't for Dave, I would have WAY overpaid! Call him now!
