I had an issue at the self checkout and the attendant, May, was so absolutely awesome and helpful. The machine shut down on me after i had put cash in as well as a gift card. I was there for almost 30 minutes trying to pay for my stuff and leave and was getting a little stressed out. May was really patient, sweet, accommodating, and apologetic even though it was absolutely not her fault at all. She is a customer service gem and you're lucky to have her!

Avoid, avoid, avoid. How can any major brand allow their store to get this out of repair. They don't just have one or two leaky spots in their ceiling, the whole store looks like a crime scene with plastic catheters every. And it's been this way for weeks. The store also smells like cat urine. Don't buy unwrapped items here for the time being. Better yet, shop somewhere less gag-inducing. Couldn't get a manager to reassure me about safety or a fix. Perhaps Target Corporate can assist with this unacceptable mess!

This place needs to close down. There are so many roof leaks. They have about 50+ buckets collecting water and many isles taped off. The roof needs to get fixed before it kills somebody.

I get a lot of quick stuff here. This target is my go to. They have a great location next to other things. I can go shopping here and be in and out and on to my next required stop. I love Target and Walmart, Target is generally great, Walmart is kind of a zoo!

I prefer target over Walmart any day. If it came down to going to Walmart because there was no target I would just go to CVS or something. So a clean target with great staff is always pleasing.

I never write reviews but Alexandra at Guest Services (9/4/22) has a really bad attitude & looks/acts like she hates her job. Very bad experience with her, maybe relocate her to somewhere that isn't dealing with customers directly. Horrible customer service skills, Target needs to screen their workers better at this location

My go to spot for household items and workout clothes. They are a bargain here! There's plenty of aisle you can browse like their produce and frozen section. I have also noticed that they have a wide variety of coffee and teas. I like their workout clothes section because it's high quality and affordable. One less star because the fitting rooms are always a mess. There's staff managing how many times you bring in and out but they are always chatting with each other or not cleaning the fitting rooms. Yikes! One less star for their bathrooms. Please do more frequent cleaning.

Was buying a few items, and after paying I thought I'd ask if they do money orders here, like some stores do. The cashier just starts going off "WE'VE NEVER DONE MONEY ORDERS HERE WHY WOULD YOU EVEN THINK THAT?", and I'm like "Okay, just asking.", to which she continues to loudly repeat that they don't do that and I should have obviously known. Such a rude employee, who's clearly going through something and projecting that onto me. I'm not here for it. If highly recommend shopping at any other location instead.

Love this target. Not as large of a selection as a normal large location but I like that it's smaller and manageable. Has most everything I need here except very large plastic bins. My favorite target.

Employees, at least at guest services, look miserable. No, "hello", no "you're welcome" after I say "thank you so much". I saw the other employee helping someone else with pick ups and she didn't even say "can I help you" just lifted her scanner and walked away did not say "I'll be right back." Walked away like she was sooo tired. (I'm sure she is) she gave the guest her bags and left to another area to pick up more things but did not even communicate to the guest, "let me get the rest over here". A robot could do a better job with actual customer service. I've actually considered applying for guest service position at target but I would HATE to work with people who hate their jobs that much. I hope it was just a bad day. I have been here before but this was the worst. I usually go to the target at the district. Much better service there.

It's like customer service doesn't exist anywhere you go now days. I was looking for bubble wands in the dollar section, which they usually have this time of the year. I found about 35, but was looking to buy about 75 (I'm a teacher). So I approached a young girl who was standing around doing nothing, and was also standing around with the security guard. I told her what I was looking for and asked if by any chance they might have some more in the back. She stood there with her arms crossed and said "I actually don't know". My husband, who's much more impatient than I am was so upset and said "Well can you find someone who DOES!?" and the young security guard was the one who went to find another employee. The young girl simply stood there with her arms still crossed and turned around to talk to another employee. Maybe it's because they're young, teenage kids, I don't know, but it amazes me how rude and not-helpful someone people can be. Target, please do better at teaching customer service skills!!

The people in charge of running and shutting down the self checkout are intentionally useless and create unnecessary chaos. The employee was shutting down a register and a bunch of registers were not working, but did not have a register not open sign on them. A bunch of people go to try to use a register that was right next to this one employee and it was not working. She did not tell anybody and people just kept trying to use this register. The only thing she said was "aren't you going to buy these chips" to a little girl that tried to use the register, and forgot her chips. The guy in charge of helping people get to open registers just wanders around trying to look like he's doing something, but does nothing. This is the most disorganized, unnecessarily chaotic target I have ever been to.

I always shop at target and love target a lot. This location is very close to where I live, so I came often. I came today (3/2/2022) around 4 pm and just to get 1 simple item. When I checked out, the cashier lady name May, was talking to another customer for very long time, and the line was long. Was very surprised they talked really long time and laughed, with their language; while other lines were kept moving. When I friendly asked cashier May, "that you guys talked for a really long time", I expected May can be nice and explained; and that will be fine to me. however May was really rude to me. cashier May provided terrible customer service, I wish this can be improved.

1/15/20225:27 pmThank you so much, Ali N (I don't remember his last name but I know it starts with the letter N). The checkout lines were so long today, and there were lot's of other customers with lot's of groceries in the lines that I was waiting. So Ali came up to me and asked if he could help us out in register #16, Which made me happy because of the long line and wait. This Target has the best customer service and the cashier was very friendly and also he was super fast and professional at his job, Although He was younger than other cashiers, He is tall and slim with black hair. He also told me that if I download the Target circle app I will receive some offers. On my way out I tried to find a manager to give him a positive review about his serivce but I couldn't find one. Target Irvine north if you are reading this Great job with hiring this young man with great communication skills.Thank you Target!

Sun Hong, I work guest services at other location and the cashier is right. Sorry, but is not under our control to give you what you want, the system automatically refund the right amount base on the promo that you have and the amount that you received in a gift card.
