-The caprese sandwich still tasted bad even it's warm The sour tomato is dry and acidic, the bread was soggy from the pesto sauce."-Pumpkin spice latte is watery and too sweet-The bathroom was horrible-It was hard to walk inside because there was a table and chair in middle of the cafe-It's the drink and food and clean level is what made me gave only 1 star. I gave 2 stars because the workers have okay service.

After eating lunch nearby, my coworkers and I stopped in here for a drink before heading back to work. I went with a grande cappuccino. I know that foam is part of the drink. However, when I opened up the lid, I saw that even with everything in there, it didn't fill up to 3/4 of the cup. This seems to happen at some Starbucks. I might as well just stick to ordering a cappuccino or latte only in tall size. Or I should only order it when I'm at a better coffee shop.

I went to a different location and they didn't have what I wanted. So I drove to this location - online it said they close at 7pm. I got there at 6:30pm and they'd already locked the doors and put up the chairs. Refused to let anyone in. I saw four other people try to come purchase, no one could.

Title: Disappointing Experience: Rude Service and Incompetence at StarbucksReview:I regret to say that my recent visit to the Starbucks location I usually frequent left me utterly disappointed. As a regular customer who has had great experiences at this particular Starbucks, it pains me to write this one-star review. However, the behavior of the two male employees on this occasion was unacceptable, and the overall service was nothing short of abysmal.Firstly, the rudeness displayed by the two employees was shocking. They seemed disinterested, barely acknowledging my presence as I approached the counter. When I asked about my order, they responded in a dismissive and condescending manner, making me feel unwelcome and unimportant. It was an unpleasant experience that left a sour taste in my mouth, figuratively speaking.But the disappointment didn't end there. Despite arriving at the designated pick-up time, I found myself waiting for a staggering 15 minutes for my drink. What made matters worse was the fact that the store wasn't particularly busy at that moment. It was clear that the employees were not prioritizing customer service or managing their time effectively. I expect better from a renowned coffee chain like Starbucks.To add insult to injury, when my drink finally arrived, it was made incorrectly. It was evident that no attention to detail was paid to my order, as it was glaringly obvious that the drink did not match my specifications. It was both frustrating and inconvenient, as I had already wasted a considerable amount of time waiting for a drink that didn't meet my expectations.As a result of this disappointing experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. It is truly unfortunate, as I have had numerous positive encounters at this Starbucks in the past, which is why I continued to choose it over other locations. However, the lack of professionalism, rude demeanor, and incompetence displayed by the employees during my recent visit have left me with no choice but to find a different Starbucks that values its customers and takes pride in providing excellent service.In conclusion, the behavior of the two male employees at this Starbucks location was disrespectful and unprofessional. The extended wait time and incorrect drink only added to the frustration and disappointment of the overall experience. I hope that the management takes this review seriously and addresses the issues raised, as they risk losing loyal customers like myself who value exceptional service.

I drove home from LA to San Diego in "Hurricane" Hilary; stopping at a Starbucks was a welcome respite. This Starbucks was particularly welcoming. The vibe was friendly, like I was a regular even though I'd never been there before. I got a venti americano breve and an egg and sausage wrap. Both were excellent. This will be a regular stop on my trips to LA from now on.

Came to this location at 6:20pm on a Friday night and it was closed already but the posted hours was 7pm. Past a few other locations to come here. Waste of time!!!

Clean location. Empty since I arrived an hour before closing. Drinks came out perfect. Blueberry scones were very dry though. Like hard to eat kind of drink. Drink a gallon of water to wash down each bite kind of dry. Basically, drier than the Sahara Desert. No moisture in sight. Just crumbles. Okay I will stop this lol But you get the picture.Service was great. The gal who helped me was very sweet and kind. She offered a car holder for the drinks and a place to hold the muffins since my hands were full. She made the drinks perfectly. I ordered a regular hot chocolate and a white mocha with no whip cream and almond milk. Mine was great. It hit the spot! My boyfriend finished his hot chocolate too. Perfect for a cold evening. :)Just lookout for those scones... lol

This starbucks is great. I was greeted by HALEY very warmly. All staff do s great job quick service Haley gives 5 star service. Ultra clean great welcoming service.

This place does a TON of mobile orders. Baristas were great at keeping everything tidy and in order. My cappuccino was perfect.

Ok I've had enough. I order ahead and pick up my coffee on my way to work . Order a pumpkin spice cold brew show up to an empty cup bc they ran out...ok really?? Order more! Week after I order an over nights oats show up to a sticker that says they're out pick something else... really dude? Who's in charge or yalls supply ordering. Now best of all, I still have them the benefit of the doubt and ordered my two holiday drinks on 11/17 in lieu of getting my red holiday cups. Show up and they're handing out blue I O U admit one tickets bc they don't have the red cups yet. What do you mean? Everyone else always has everything but y'all? Are y'all even an official Starbucks? I go back today bc I was told to pick it up today, I hear the guy telling another girl...maybe Monday we don't know when we're getting them in. This is 100% a management issue. Order your supplies! I couldn't even count on y'all for my red holiday cups! Geez!!!

This Starbucks isn't horrible but it's not the best, but Starbucks is also a chain coffee shop and I honestly no longer expect anything amazing from it at this point, as the bigger a business grows the less the quality becomes. This location specifically lacked organization and communication amongst its team and this is what this review is for. I placed a pick up order the day before and me being in a rush and exhausted, I forgot my food order but got my coffee (totally my mistake). I called them to inform them about the forgotten food and that I could not come back to get it (I was already on the freeway), they informed me they could not give me a refund over the phone (kind of weird and surprising) but offered to replace my food items the same day or following day, the employee I spoke to said they will write it in the book so it is on record and to come back when I can for my forgotten food items. I came back this morning around 8am and it was extremely slow and they had about 4 staff behind the counter. I informed the employee at the cash register of the mistake and that whomever I spoke to said they wrote it down in the "book"?? she seemed confused but took care of the order for me. After a few minutes I got my first food item which was a breakfast sandwich and I waited almost 15 additional minutes for my sugar plum danish.. As I watched them put out a bunch of food items I asked where my danish was, as I was confused how I got the breakfast sandwich quickly but not the danish.. and the girl responds with "there was mobile orders we did first" like ok.. again still don't know why I got my sandwich almost immediately and waited almost 15 additional minutes for a danish. If it was overwhelmingly busy I would understand, but it wasn't... I have been to other Starbucks locations that are slammed with in person and pick up orders and still be on top of stuff. Hence why I mentioned there is a lack of organization and communication in this location. I should have checked my items but I figured they would get it right considering it was pretty slow, but no come to find out they made a mistake and gave me the regular cheese danish instead of the Sugar Plum one. Not the biggest deal but still annoying.. This location has a huge lack in efficient function. Employees don't seem to communicate well with each other. This is convenient for me as it's on my route to work but I think I'll stick with the location off of Red Hill and Bristol and drive the extra couple minutes.
