Came to this Starbucks on 2/6/2024 around 8:15 am after working a graveyard shift at a nearby hospital. I came in and was met with dirty looks by a petite woman (who i later found out to be the manager) I used to the bathroom and came back to the dining room and sat down to wait for my mobile order. The manager would not take her eyes off me as if I was some sort of animal. She was whispering (which I could still hear her) to other employees saying I used the bathroom and what was I doing? She wasn’t asking in way that she was trying to provide customer service, she was totally being prejudice. Mind you I was only sitting in the dining room for less than 2 minutes. The young gentleman who was handing out the mobile orders had way better manners and customer service than his manager who would not take her evil eye off of me. The manager greeted and wished every one a safe day besides me. When my mobile order was ready she glared at me the entire time and made me super uncomfortable. I buy Starbucks and spend 5.95 every single morning but this location made me feel so unbelievably uncomfortable. I am 38 yrs old and I have never felt so unwelcome at a establishment in my entire life. I didn’t want to believe the rumors about Starbucks being racists but here at this location it is clear they don’t want black ppl in their establishment

Terrible service from the red head cashier. Always has an attitude towards me each time I visit the store, tried to skip me as I was trying to make an order. If she doesn’t like her job she should just quit. Other than her everyone else is more than respectful to order from

Went in for a pink drink with sweet cream foam on 12/4 and it was warm. They did not shake it with the ice as they do at other Starbucks. They just dumped the ice over. I was looking forward to my cold drink on this warm December day. Sad thing is the store manager made the drink.

This is one of those places that make you wish there was a “no star” rating! Everyone that works at this location is rude and really looks and acts miserable. Either do your job right or if you hate it so much look for something else.

This is an absolutely disgusting Starbucks! Used the restroom and it was appalling. It looked as though a homeless person took a shower in it!! urine all over the floor and toilet and even blood on the toilet seat ! management really needs to step it up. Get it together!!

Been coming to this location for some time and I was never very impressed. I must say that the new supervisor (James) has really made a positive impression on me. He is so attentive, knowledgeable and seems do really care about the customers.

I stood -- the only customer in line- for 5 minutes while 4 people behind the counter failed to acknowledge me. They all looked and acted like children. When a young girl finally came to take my order she was short and unapologetic. I'm a Starbucks girl! Never had an incident like this. I'd skip this Starbucks. Oh and my pike roast tastes like water!

Terrible experience with a batista named Jasmine. Very rude and gave us coffee that was clearly not mixed well. Also refused to provide a receipt claiming she had already given it to me (she hadn't.) Will not come back, there are many Starbucks with basic customer service skills.

I’m overall very disappointed with my experience at Starbucks today. This is my go to Starbucks and always have a nice and easy time with some of the lovely ladies who have taken my order in the past.However, today I was in the drive thru for about 20min which would be alright cause I knew it looked busy when I entered the queue. However, when I got up to take my order they were using a voice changer. There were very high voices sounding like jigglypuff and then they started riveting like a frog. This was honestly so disrespectful and like they were playing a joke on me cause they couldn’t get my name so I spelled it out for them since I ordered ahead. This was absolutely ridiculous. When I got to the window there were two young men working the drive thru. They also got my order wrong and didn’t add extra what I asked but I still paid for the extra drizzle. Also did not warm my bakery item which was specified. I started recording with my phone while they were taking my order messing with med which I will happily send to their manager.I’m not usually a Karen or write bad reviews but they should not treat customers like this. I just said thank you and got out of there as soon as I could.
