You have a hiring sign up for your store till march 1 2024 on your Starbucks website. I sent in an application but every time i call to see the status on the application, nobody ever picks up. Nobody literally ever picks up. If you already filled the position, be responsible and remove the add. Or pick up the phone and say so. Don’t confuse and lead people on like that. It’s not professional. Good day.

There is no toilet paper in the restroom. And no paper towels to dry your hands after washing.

First off, the service was great but it ends there. Ordered a couple of mochas - they are watered down with no distinct taste of coffee.

Friendly and helpful! We ordered coffee for an event and Tyler at this location was on point and super helpful. When we picked up the order this morning, we were greeted by happy faces, smiles and it truly made our start of the day fantastic! The location on the corner of Alton and Culver is convenient and there is ample parking if you are on the go or if you have more time, there is a nice seating area outside with umbrellas. Wonderful service, great coffee and happy people!

This particular Starbucks is stuck in the corner of a small neighborhood shopping center. There is no drive-thru and parking is shared with adjacent businesses. Parking can be sparse. I went on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30pm and the employees seemed to be having some trouble keeping up with orders. I spent about 12-15 minutes between ordering and getting my drink and sandwich in hand. The inside space is smaller than most Starbucks but there is a nice covered outdoor patio.

Stopped by to pick up some coffee for my grandma and myself on a Saturday morning. Great experience! It's not far off the freeway and there is a parking lot so was easily able to jump out and order. My grandma can't have a lot of sugar but it was her birthday and really wanted a pumpkin spice latte. The girl at the counter was SO helpful customizing it for us so that she would still be able to enjoy a pumpkin coffee but not get sick from it.Really great service here :)

I come to this Starbucks every day during the week and everyone here is always so friendly. They service is quick, the drinks are always made correctly and the food is always correct. Brian is the manager and he is especially kind and attentive. He pays attention to small details and remembers that I always want a water and has it ready to go. I will always continue to come back to this location because the staff makes me feel welcome!

Bryan is the best! My co worker typically gets her Starbucks at this location daily and more often then not grabs me a venti water. Both times recently that I have gone in to pick up myself something and grab hers, he had my water there with a straw for my drink and hers because he knows we both like straws. He is just very kind and thoughtful. He remembers the small things and has things ready and we don't have to ask or remind him. I hope he gets appreciated from his superiors, because he deserves it!

Homeless guy came in and bought a drink and then used the bathroom like any other person, and the baristas called the cops on him. He made a purchase like anyone else and they treated him like a criminal. Very disappointing but not surprising for Irvine.

Running into Target for a pharmacy pickup, felt a little woozy from running low on fuel. I decided to try to get something hot to eat right away. Starbucks is the only option left for hot food ready to eat. Boy what a disappointment. Seriously understaffed, they had one dude serving everyone in line. I had a big bill left in my wallet and nothing else as I don't like to charge credit under $10. They didn't have enough change to accept it. Forced to pay with credit when I didn't want to. Strike one. Or was that strike two since service was super slow due to there just being one dude working. Okay, that's strike two. Strike three was the dude lying to me telling me the green tea matcha was sugar free. I ordered a small one and it's extra sweet. Their condiment and napkins section was completely empty so I asked the dude for a napkin. He asked me if there wasn't any in the dispensers and I told him there was nothing in any of them. He mumbled something and I was left standing there waiting for a response or for him to hand me a napkin. And still I kept waiting and waiting. Finally I asked him if he had a napkin and he said they're out. I mean maybe just tell me instead of letting me stand there until I get pissed off? Wtf. The sausage McMuffin ripoff I ordered was hot at least but tasted mainly of chemicals. I didn't expect it to be great but it was pretty disappointing even with low expectations. Avoid this place even if you're about to pass out from hypoglycemia. I've lost count if how many strikes they have from this one visit but you're better off grabbing a bag of chips from the snack aisle. Regrets, so many.

The customer service here is UNMATCHED!! I will go out of my way to come here, this is my favorite Starbucks. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, these workers need recognition!! Thank you Starbucks on Alton, for all you do to make everyone's days a little bit brighter! they even put little stickers on your drinks!!!

Different serving areas staffed by different persons for call-in orders and register orders. This makes it so much much quieter and less frantic in the morning rush.

Ehh, the drinks were fine and were provided on a timely basis however I think I need to mention that two of the Baristas seem to really have some attitudes when I asked them for the bathroom code. When they were providing the code number, their voices kept on trailing off at the very end so I had difficulty hearing what the last digit was. When I asked for clarification, they felt the need to roll their eyes just to repeat one number. Whatever. No biggie, but jfc how about taking some pride in the quality of your work at a service oriented industry? I'm sure this is just a temporary job for them till they grow older and hopefully get nicer jobs, but folks who tend to be s***** employees at this level will also be s***** employees at the next level.
