My husband and I have worked with Harshita for the last two years now and very grateful we found her. I was referred by an online mom group where she was recommended by multiple members. Harshita is meticulous and knowledgable. We had a hard time getting our previous accountant to answer a question without wanting to charge us when we already paid him a high rate and had been loyal clients for years. Harshita has taken the time to answer our questions thoroughly and given us great advice. Her systems are efficient and easy to use to share info securely. We highly recommend Harshita's excellent service!

I looked for a long time for a good tax service. I called a few companies and the amount they charged was more than I wanted to pay, and I was nervous about large companies. I found Star Tax Solutions and called to get a feel. Harshita answered right away and gave me an over the phone consultation and insight into exactly what I needed to do. I had done my taxes by myself before and they were significantly less complicated than this year. When I went to Harshita, she was not only helpful, but advised me on better ways to prepare for next year, as well as gave me advise on personal finance decisions to impact my taxes in the future. I had made some mistakes in the last year that led to complicated taxes, but Harshita was helpful, and guided me on the right paths. In the end, I was incredibly grateful to have found her, and will definitely be back next year.

I am so glad that I got in touch with Harshita for my complicated situation wrt my son's ITIN. She is a wonderful lady and has tremendous knowledge. When all Tax consultant's were confident that our tax situation can not be handled same year and can't be corrected. She was the one with 100% confidence that we can correct it. I contacted Star Tax Solutions because my husband needed to file his 2012 2014 taxes, and Harshita was the best! I contacted a lot of other tax people before her that didn't even know how to do the taxes that far back or couldn't help me. She said it was no problem, and explained everything to me. She is professional and very knowledgeable in her field, and she was able to get all the information from the Irs directly, and she only needed 1 email from me to get the whole process started. She was fast and efficient and had them done in a week! I only had to go to the office once to pick up the taxes when they were done! If I could give her 10 stars I would!

I filed my tax returns with the help of Harshita. I am on student visa with a dependent wife who needed an ITIN. The process took time but got completed without me having to visit IRS office. Harshita is very knowledgeable, professional and responsive throughout.

I highly recommend STAR Tax Solutions for making you current for your business and personal returns. In 2020, Harshita, at STAR Tax Solutions helped me clean up a messy combination of overdue returns and correspondence dating back to 2014 for both my LLC and personal returns. She showed a lot of empathy and understanding when I explained how I let the letters from the Franchise Tax Board pile up, and she reassured me that she would be able to bring me current on my returns. She collected my information, and got to work. We had a meeting only one week later and she had over 80% of my issues resolved.The remaining items were just waiting on the IRS and Franchise Tax Board to respond. I cannot believe how quickly she completed everything, and appreciate how clearly she explained the work she had to do along the way. I am working with her now in doing my latest returns. Thanks Harshita, a weight really has been lifted off my shoulders!

We received a referral to Harshita and at first, I was very skeptical about using a tax advisor when I figured we could just do our taxes ourselves on Turbotax (how hard can it be right?!). My husband convinced me to give it a try given that her prices were VERY reasonable. In the first year we worked with her, without us asking her to, she reviewed our prior year tax filing and found mistakes I made that got us an additional TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS in refund!!! Whaaattt?!?!? She fixed that and filed our current taxes, walking us through the whole process very easily. Her process is that she sends you a checklist, you gather everything on it, she will call or email you with some additional questions/info needed, you provide it (and can revise earlier answers if you find more info), you pay her the fees, she files your taxes. She is always accessible on phone, text etc, even throughout the year for tax questions, and explains complicated tax concepts very clearly. You NEVER have to go to her office to get things done (we don't since we live in the Bay Area and prefer email anyway). We are very very happy with our decision to go with her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

I started services with Harshita when I moved back to OC a few years ago. She has guided me with impeccable service and transparency. I always get a call back within a timely manner, the pricing is very competitive, always a pleasure to work with, has been a helping me battle with the IRS, and takes the pressure off me knowing she is my tax/finance advocate. I noticed ONE bad review and not sure where that is coming from or how that is possible after working with her for two years.
