This store is a joke in the name of customer service! A team of inexperienced associates that has no intention or interest in delivering customer satisfaction that T-Mobile as a brand stands for!

Customer service was pleasant when I went into the store. The service however is awful! If you have a child that you would like contact with when they are at school(Northwood high school in my case) do NOT get T-Mobile. Two associates checked and said the school gets service. It doesn't! I had Verizon for yearrrrrrs and have NEVER had bad service. While on campus she had no service, if we are both on campus she can't text me where she is. I regret making the switch!

I don’t generally write negative reviews as people can always have that “one off” day. With that in mind, Juan seemed half interested in helping me with my business account with 30+ lines. I was attempting to take a look at my bill, apparently it’s their policy not to show you what you are paying for. Their app doesn’t work, my visit was for the sole purpose of paying the outstanding balance. He wants me to pay it without knowing what I’m paying for. Please be advised that I was begged to keep my lines with them 5 months ago, not anymore.

Zero star!!! Complete con artists! As many reviewers have said, do not go to this store. Went in to transfer a number to a different account. They charged $21 when this could have been done for free by dialing 611. I told the sales girl, because of her incompetence, that I didn't want to go through with it and asked for a refund. She says it's already been charged and no refund can be issued. W T....!!! Not only was the transaction not even completed but they just took $21. Thieves! Bunch of incompetent and unethical morons at this store. Don't waste your time and raise your blood pressure. Just dial 611 from your phone and get it done right the first time. The store manager might want to reassess his/her employees and find people with at least a half a brain or just close its doors. What a waste of office space! Buyer be aware.

I had issue with my wife's Samsung S21 Ultra which kept giving SIM Card error message. We couldn't make any calls or send text, took out the SIM card and made sure it is not damaged and there is no dust in the SIM card slot and put it back in. The phone would work for a while, then my wife would get the same SIM card error message and I would take out the SIM card and put it back in and it would work for a day and it would repeat the same error message. Took it to the T-Mobile store on Jeffrey & Roosevelt and Jay is the young man who put the new SIM card in after he checked it out. Now it works perfectly and Jay didn't charge the $10 for the SIM card which they normally charge for the SIM card since we didn't do anything to damage the SIM card he said. What a service . . . Thank you Jay! Thank you for the quick service, I really appreciate it. Tony

Do not go to this location. Went there for a phone upgrade and was informed by the staff it is mandatory to get 6 months of insurance for the new phone (not as an option). Talked to manager Sammy to clarify some of the information and experienced rude responses. Apparently, they are not aware of the new policies. Went home and did everything through customer service instead. There are other locations that have very good services. Just avoid this one.

I went to buy a SIM card and took my own phone, he charged me first and then gave me the SIM card to put in my phone (this phone was for temporary use by a partner of ours from another country) after I put the card in myself SIM card the phone made two calls and then a message popped up saying the phone was not compatible. the attendant called the manager and the manager said he couldn't refund the money because the problem was on the phone. now I ask, why before selling the product did the attendant not check if the phone was compatible? what is the T-Mobile standard? I was very upset because I had to leave the store and buy a $200 device so that the phone could work. Terrible service. I will never return to this store again.
