I got a horrible haircut.. by Steven in Room 15.... Dude was so confident in his own skills and aesthetic that he didn't listen to a single word that I said... (length, style, I even showed him 5 photos of me with hairstyle that I love for reference).....
Zero communication... didn't ask me for my feedback (at all) and was just humming during the whole thing... The result was horrendous and the epitome of everything I said I didn't want on my head!!!
Waste of money... avoid at all cost!!!!!!
Steven’s skills in Room 15 were not bad, but he ignored all my requests (hair length, style, the five reference photos I showed him, etc.) and confidently cut him randomly without any communication throughout the process. He kept humming the song and didn’t ask me for feedback or if I liked it afterwards. . . Showing off his skills with customers' hair and not caring about the customers' thoughts and needs. It's so ugly that I regret it so much that I will never come here to get a haircut again.

It's a great building with multiple smaller rooms inside, and in each room there is a buisness, usually anything to do with hair and hairstyling, eyebrows. My mom and i went to this one guy, he's in the very back on the right side of the building, he does very good hair work, quick, easy, he does what you ask for, but he keeps it to what he thinks is better for you (which in my opinion a little annoying, but i understand). I wanted nice slightly lighter highlights in my dark hair, and he said the highlights might damage my hair, and so he stuck with just dying the whole head of hair one color, then proceeded to do slight color lifts in some areas. Looks almost the same color at this point. But other than that, there's multiple people working on you at the same time. Fast paste, very in n out type of style.

Maryam is beyond amazing at Sola Salon. She is located in suite #21 and she literally does it all. From her color, cut and styling it's insane how good and fast she works! I love going to her because I get everything I want done in a short and efficient time. I always go get my hair cut, the colored, deep conditioned with a blowout and styling! I love while I am waiting she does my eyebrows and upper lip as well. I am probably going to go in for her Brazilians blow out soon! Thank you Maryam!

I and my family alway go to Maryam Aboohi and she is amazing and the way she work and take care of us is out of this world, we been going to her since we moved to OC.I recommend her to all my friends and everyone that I know.Thank you Maryam!!!

I walked in the other day and noticed that room 21 Maryam was available. She cut my hair, she colored, and did my eyebrows. She is so awesome. Very attentive, I love the style that came out. I am so nervous to have anyone touch my hair and I was so pleased with her services, and it is reasonable pricing. Highly recommend it!

I was extremely nervous going into my appointment since I've always had bad experiences at hair salons, but this is the first time I have left a salon feeling very happy with my hair. Tracey's hands are magic! My hair came out looking exactly like the inspiration pic I showed her. You can tell she is very skilled. Also, she is very welcoming and I felt as if I made a new friend today!

Super surprised at all the positive reviews Ana has. One of the worst haircuts I've ever had in my life. Ana spent a total of 5 min -- not kidding, not an exaggeration -- cutting my hair. It was literally snip-snip-snip in a bowl shape and she was done. From the outset, she seemed disinterested . Her attitude wasn't friendly at all and she was borderline cold. Her two brothers were in the small "studio" as well. No hellos, no greetings. They just sat there cackling like hyenas. Just asked me if I was there to see Ana. She asked me what I wanted and I requested a sharp bob since I have an important interview coming up. She snipped my hair along a straight line paying no attention to my face shape. No attempts were made to layer the haircut so it looks voluminous. She said styling takes care of that. She also pointed out that my previous haircut had smaller hairs that she couldn't work with. There was enough long her for her to create volume, but bottomline, she was disinterested. She made $50 for a "haircut" that I would think twice about paying $10 for. She is an embarrassment to her profession! And should consider upping her customer service if she wishes to stay in the business. I'd also like to request a refund as this is appallingly bad. Also, if you are not interested in coming to work, don't! Don't take it out on a customer.

I went in for a partial highlight and cut, and Tracey was absolutely amazing. I chose her based on her high ratings, and they were true! My hair was a wreck after I'd had it overprocessed by my previous stylist. But Tracey completely corrected the color, did a treatment that eased the dryness, and then cut it EXACTLY as I described (which was a brand new style and turned out perfect). Tracey and her assistant were easy to converse with, intelligent, and kind. I just found my forever-stylist!
