Seriously, you close the door from 3:55am to 4:20am and this is just the time I waited… this is the rush hour of work .. you made me and multiple other customers waiting for so long thinking you gonna open, we all went upset and will never come back to this location… this women sucks for real

Worst gas experience ever, not only did he have me walking back and forth asking him what was the problem with my pump not showing up or being available, he asked me after the fifth return to move to a different pump, then proceeded to pump the next person gas no problem at the same pump, horrible customer service.

I came here earlier today 12/14/23 for some gasoline to put into my car. I was trying to use my visa gift card to pay for the gas, but for some reason the card wasn't going through at the gas pump. I tried a few more times after that, but the gift card still wouldn't go through. I finally left after that. I contacted the card company to find out what the deal was with the gift card and apparently shell put the whole transaction on hold. The transaction shouldn't even be on hold at all. I didn't even have a chance to put gas in my car so how can shell put a transaction on hold? Now I have to wait a week to in order for me to use my visa gift card. It's total bs if you ask me. Now I know not to go to a shell gas station for gas. I won't even come back here for a drink. Maybe I'll come back for subway, but that's it.

Probably the worst set up for an entrance and exit that I've ever seen. Terrible for traffic flow, especially with the type of drivers in this geographic location

Very clean and well maintained Shell. Getting in and out is hard because the plaza is so busy.
