I have a kia with a broken side mirror, and I went there asking to fix it. The guy said the KIA MIRROR costs $450 to buy from the manufacturer and $160 to install it. Obviously, a 20k car is never gonna have a $500 side mirror. I googled how much it costs just to see how much this guy wanted to ripp me off. It costs $54, so only 10 times its price.

Something is not right. My last experience here is that the seals are all broken. Pump seems have been altered so more $ is charged while less oil is given. And by default, it will pump the highest grade gas when middle button was pressed. The reporting form is long and complicated, so i did not report to the state board equalization.

Very rude. Spent $60 filling up. Cleaned my windshield and noticed bird droppings on my hood . It was baked in and took a little effort and two passes on it. The heavy set Mexican lady came running out yelling I could only clean the bird dropping if it was on the windshield. Guess where I'm not spending $60 on gas, and the next $60, and the next ....That lady cost this gas station $4,000 this year from me not coming here anymore.

Took my mother’s car in for service. Do Not Trust the service department! This place is as shady as they come. They make up charges that are not needed. This is a place you Can’t trust for anything. They wanted $459 for a problem that didn’t exist. Took the car down the street and passed smog with no issue. Lies and lie on top of lies. Disgusting! Never going back even for gas.

Been taking my cars to Mike for service. He's honest trustworthy and gets my car done in timely manner. If you need oil change or car repairs this place is awesome!

I just dropped my car to get an oil change. Shell service does the best work. Ask for Mike. He's been excellent and reliable for 13 years and counting.

By the looks of the previous reviews I doubt this one will even matter but I guess I took time to record my experience so just for future customers beware of the service at this location I only had the pleasure of dealing with the infamous Fabian so I can't really say much about the rest , but the fact that there is more than one complaint on here about him says a lot about how this business is being ran. Just to make it quick I approached Fabian to approve my payment on his side of the register and I guess he was upset that I asked him through the window and not inside the store. I stopped recording because I am not the one to be putting on peoples face, but I'm glad about this one on camera. He continued to be even more rude and told me to get the fuck out.

Stay away from this mechanic. He ripped me off. After I told him about his bad reputation on Google and yelp, he said I don't care for any reviews. Only go to this mechanic uf you don't care for your car and money.

I went to the shel gas off culver drive and campus by the college dorms in Irvine I been going to the same gas station for 10 yrs. The people that work there the manager and the asian dude everytime I come with a hundred dollars they say they don't have change they treat me rude Lee everytime when I come especially the manager there he act like he don't like blacks he give me that vibe when I come there the other Spanish guy and the gay girl is cool that work there. And today I had to say something to the manager and the asian man. I went off on them I been letting them slid since they been working there. And the manager come out like he won't to fight talking about if we don't have change we don't have change. I hope this reach. There corporate. Off cause the manager on culver and campus at the shell need to be fired. For treat a customer like that. And also the manager said at the shells gas station in Irvine off culver and campus we don't like y'all no way talking about Mexican don't like blacks so that's my confirm right there on the vibe I get from him not noun he was the manager to this morning when he done that opening up his mouth when it was the other co worker the Asian dude that don't won't to give me change so the manager call his self Going to bully me no body bullying me
