I had a bizarre experience here today. I was purchasing some snacks and soda. The cashier was on speakerphone with somebody and continued his conversation while checking me out. He scanned several of my items multiple times. I asked for a receipt, paid, and inspected it.
I showed him that he had overcharged, he looked at me for a second, insisted that I go grab some extra drinks to make up for it. I considered arguing, but decided whatever, it wasn’t worth the energy.
I put them in my bag and he says “Happy?”. In a way that sounded like he was annoyed at me calling his mistake out. I said no, I’d be happy if he paid attention (suspecting it may have been intentional but not wanting to be accusatory.)
This is where it gets stranger, he got very friendly and played pretend we knew eachother? I was confused, said “I don’t know you” and left.
I don’t know what his deal was, trying to juice sales a little bit, confuse/misdirect, or if he’s just a little off. I’ll be thinking twice before going back.

VERY GOOD CAR WASH ! My wife's Tesla Y needed a good clean inside and out due to our recent house move to Irvine. This Shell car wash looked the goods so we headed over here on Saturday. I went inside to see what our car wash options were and the prices. A lovely lady named Neilly the assistant manager told me $9 - $16 - $19..for basic clean, clean plus wax, clean plus wax and clean underneath. I thought the $16 option was the right one. We entered the car wash and it seemed like a pretty good clean. FREE VACUUMING was included in our price so we took advantage of that and thoroughly cleaned the inside of my wife's car. GOOD JOB !

A HAPPY SMILE ! This is where I gas up my Nissan 350Z ( I only use Shell ) and where we drop off our lotto entries. They have a bunch of staff but the one who stands out the most is lovely Neilly one of the managers. I dropped off our lotto entry on Wednesday and was lucky enough to run into Neilly who was almost finished her shift. A friendly hello, a big smile and hope you win is enough to make my day better. LOVE IT !NOTE - Of course with over 22 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics in 2022 I can tell you what is great !

Today I accidentally sucked up something in the vacuum at the car wash and Mina was so kind to take time to disassemble the vacuum and help me retrieve my item. He was very kind and provided excellent service!

The people that work here are rude. It's probably because the owners of this store are crooks. They put signs out advertising prices, but the prices are not reflected in the register. When you say something, the answer is "I can't do anything". I hate to say it, but this is one store I hope goes out of business.

Don't come here. Poor gas quality. In addition to that the clerks are very rude. I came to buy guess they would only accept credit cards even if I have exact change for my guess. Just skip the spot go somewhere else. Don't waste your time
