Worst customer service ever. I order a pair of boots and then they send me the wrong size boots and can't get my refund I have to paid to send it back for the shipping $30 dollars no one answered the phone. No one answers emails. How can I get my money back

I'm leaving a review of my experience based on the negative reviews that almost impacted my decision for purchase. I decided to place an order for some work boots and automatically received a notice that the boots were not in stock and delivery would be delayed which I was okay with being they were not needed immediately and had advised me if I needed to cancel how to do so or if I would like to keep my order the order would be delayed by a couple weeks and the sale price would be honored. I had sent an email and had advised I would like to keep my order and received constant communication to advise on the status. I did receive my order sooner than the expected delay date and my order was correct. I am giving 5 stars based on my experience of the constant communication and status given throughout the delay process. My personal experience for my order was great and would recommend if anyone does base their order on online reviews I had no problems and would advise to check all mail if you do order if a delay email is received I will definitely do business with this company in the future.

Worst customer service ever. I order a pair of boots Nov. 2020 still don't have my boots and can't get my refund. No one answered the phone. No one answers emails. How can I get my money back. This is down right shameful.

I placed an order for a pair of boots in June and the website said they were in stock. I get an email several days later stating they are backordered so i canceled the order. I ordered the same pair in August (they continue to advertise them when they are obviously not in stock. I get the same email again 2 weeks later and I decided to wait for them to come in (they said 6 week). I get another email stating they will be available in November and I decided to wait. It is December 21sr and they have already deducted the money from my account and have still not shipped the boots. The last email said December 13th. They will mod respond to my emails. I do not understand how a business can take money for something they have no intention on shipping and advertise items they know they can’t keep in stock. Bad business.

Ordering was simple and quick. I live in Buffalo NY and i got my boots in about 4 days .They were exactly what i ordered and the price was about 40 dollars cheaper then the boot store i usually go to.I ordered got a E Mail confirmation followed by a *** tracking number when it was shipped.100 % satisfied and will do business with them again.

Have ordered the same boot twice and completed the online purchasing process twice (one month apart) only to be told the item was on "extended backorder". Each time my order was canceled the following day. I reached out to customer service for help and I have yet to hear back. The boots were going to be a christmas gift for my husband, but I will be looking elsewhere.

Placed an order and found out afterwards item was not in stock even though it says it was and the order was processed. After searching various reviews for this place I found the issue is all too common. Buyer beware. Its 2020 how come your website cant keep up with what is or isnt in stock. And you dont ship to Canada so I will not be back!

I ordered boots 6 days ago (supposed to be delivered today) and still no order updates. I have called and emailed numerous times, and still no updates on my order. I would not EVER order anything from this company! They are a fraudulent business, and the worst customer service I've ever delt with!! Buy from another company!!

It's been almost 2 wks no tracking number yet n no really to e mail. Guess I'll call back to get my money back. Of course that was taken out as soon as order was placed first day. No one else I've ordered on line has ever done that. This place needs shut done n heard lyble.

Says item is in stock but its not and it was discontinued. What a waste of time. My money better be returned sooner then what other reviewers have posted.

Poor business. Tried to return boots the company would not return calls or emails until we disputed the purchase with our credit card company. Wala! Just like that they contacted us. Finally get a return label ship the boots back. Get return receipt from workboots usa. Now they have the boots and our money and refuse to return our money.
