Recently purchased my Wraith from here. And wow i am so pleased with the experience i had. From the minute i called in until i drove off with my car everything was perfect and top notch. Kellyn who helped me out was very informative and quick with the communication and getting the documents ready for me. I hate going into dealerships and spending long times as its a waste of time. Kellyn, had everything ready for me i was in & out of there within 30 minutes. I wish every dealership gave the same service this dealership did. Great job guys!

Zero stars for sure, worst customer service I ever experienced before I get better service at in n out then here. I inquired online for more info a used vehicle scheduled a test drive, next day the GM called me and confirmed me a time said bring license/ insurance which I proceeded to I came in T shirt and shorts came in my mercedes I went insdie they definietly judge on apperance be aware, came there asking for number GM made me wait 30 mins to recieve my quote I told them I am on a time crunch they told me to wait or leave clearly no priority for me there too busy at other things not wanting to sell me a car, once I asked to test drive the car it's used so I want to make sure all is good they wanted me to run credit and do a inquiry when that impacts score and it goes down due to a inquiry just for nothing. After I refused I asked them to add my trade in on the estimate they were hesitant, GM later agreed to give me appraisal. After all that long story short the GM is incompetent, took too long to put together a basic cash out the door quote as well as appraising a car that's awful. After long waiting I left.Will never step foot in Rolls Royce irvine ever again, nobody should do business with them, there incompetent and a bunch of crooks who are rude and judgmental.

This dealership has made quite the turnaround since they first opened, especially in the Sales department. Everybody from the receptionist, to the service department, is accommodating and attentive to your needs; whether you are walking into their showroom or making a simple phone call. Freddy in the service department is extremely straightforward and very thorough. Every time my car is being serviced, he makes me feel very comfortable and at ease. It's no wonder why he is the service manager. Steven Witjaksono and Jim Marutsos are both professionals in the sales department and are willing to answer any questions you may have. I have yet to interact with the other members of the sales team but from what I've seen, they are just as great. The morale and atmosphere of this dealership is much more positive and uplifting from what I remember when I first did business with them, back in 2018. Everyone seems easy going, and it seems like a black cloud that was once hovering over the sales department has vanished. There are no egos among the sales team, and they all want to work with both each other and with their clients. Superficiality among the sales-to-client relation no longer exists as it once did. The current sales team puts client experience as their #1 priority -- as it should be -- rather than focusing on trying to accumulate followers on social media or putting on a false image for the public. Zero complaints here.

What a polite team here. I called with a few questions and was lucky enough to get Jim. He answered all my questions and even gave me some great tips. Super friendly gal named Jackie got me in touch with Jim. I've been calling the Rolls Royce dealership in the area and this team was by far the friendliest. Ask for Jim, he'll take great care of you.

Stopped by today to look at a Pre-owned Ghost they had for sale. Met with Jackie Marin. She's super sweet and very helpful. Showed me the car and answered all my questions. She ran ahead and opened the car for me so it wasn't too hot to sit in. I know, First World problems. I'm just starting the process but I'm sure I'll end up back here eventually. Beautiful dealership with lots to look at.

This is the biggest scam dealership you could ever do business with Freddy told my wife a front and rear pad and disc replace would be just over 6,500 plus tax which would come out to be over 7k We paid them 500 to de glaze the rotors that did nothing took are car back and called around for a better price beverly hills rolls royce did the front and rear rotors and pads with labor out the door 3,895 so when I called back was told by Freddy that is how much there dealer charges what a joke and scam artist no way is one dealers pricing more than another especially not 40 percent more DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE BEWARE OF THE FRAUD!!!

Service is only good until you sign the contract. Purchased a new Dawn in April 2019, and had issue with garage door opener. Contact the sales person Melissa multiple times. She promised to send someone to fix the issue. Never happened. Called her multiple times to follow up. She said she was busy and will call me back. Never happened. Tried to contact the service department myself and talked to the manager of the service department. Rejected the service saying it's not the car's problem without even inspecting the car. My garage door works with my five other cars with no problem. I am not recommending this dealership to anyone.
