I 100% recomend this pharmacy they help out with my medication, need it a PA prior Authoritation from my insurance and they help out with that, to have it as soon as possible, their team it's really good, they always willing to help and find a solution for everything, Adriana it's always so helpful and kind. I want to start off by saying I am thankful that I found this Pharmacy. I highly recommend this business to everyone.They have professional staff that speak Spanish and English, and are always willing to help in anything that you need. I would recommend that if you have not used this pharmacy before, give them a chance and you will satisfied. I give credit to all the different departments that work together to make everything happen. A business is all about teamwork, and this Pharmacy has all that. Thank u to Adriana, for doing the best job in keeping up with all our patients and making sure all there medications arrive on time. I want to say thank you to Donald for all the hard work that he does behind the scenes. The Pharmacist are professional and very nice. Everyone in that office is so awesome that I have zero complaints.

Professional caring staff, at Rivers Edge Pharmacy. Always answering questions my concerns I might have with my IVG for my Myasthenia Gravis. They even called me once a month to check in concerning how my body was adjusting to the IVG & how I was doing! They also found a program that helps pay for the copay. WOW who does that! I am very thankful for all the staff at Rivers Edge Pharmacy.I might add that having these infusions twice a month gives me a better quality of life.So thank you its a Blessing ?

Rivers Edge is a premiere pharmacy. In a day and age when customer service is not a top priority for most companies, it is for this pharmacy. My medication is very expensive and even with insurance, my portion was out of reach.When I spoke with the folks at Rivers Edge, they went above and beyond to make sure I got the medications needed. They submitted an application on my behalf to the PAN foundation who approved a grant to help pay my portion of the medication cost.These are truly caring people and put the customer first, because when your sick you don't need the added worry about whether you can afford your medication or not.So thank you Rivers Edge for making it possible for me to receive the medication I desperately need.

Excellent fallow up from Phillip, I've recently changed insurance coverage and my old oncologist no longger covers my treatment so I was left at a standstill with my stage 4 cancer injection. Phillip was able to put me on standby as I made the appropriate changes. Thank you Phillip much appreciated.

If I could give more stars I would. I had a great experience with RE Pharmacy. My father is going through some medical issues and needed to have at home infusions. Arianne was so kind and helpful. She helped me understand what was going on, explains the steps of the process and even assisted us with financial assistance as he is on a fixed income. The medication and equipment arrived well packaged and the nurse Vicenta they sent over…I cannot say enough about how much we liked and appreciated her. If you get to use RE Pharmacy I know you’ll be in great hands! Thank you!
