The pharmacy staff here is super nice and very helpful. The senior pharmacist lady is also certified to write the birth control prescriptions and it's very affordable. They know a lot then can help with consultations for anything you need. Rite aid is by far my favorite pharmacy chain and so much better than any CVS. The prices are always reasonable and they do their best to look at different programs and coupons to see if they can get any crazy costs down and they have always succeeded

The store is well-organized and clean, making it easy to find everything from medications and health products to household items and snacks.

I hate to give this Rite Aid a bad review considering all the employees here are great except ARUN, the supervisor tonight. His racism towards customer, bad attitude and language to even minors is un called for, unprofessional and not what the others at Rite Aid do. I’ve been coming here for 3 years now since my family moved, and tonight was the last straw. Immediately when we walked in, he gave us attitude and when my wife asked where a certain medication can be found, he didn’t answer just glared at her and said “open you eyes” and pointed to the back of the store. When my kids were walking past the toy section, he blamed them for the previous mess as we just got there.
Another incident stems from when he scooped the ice cream. He grabbed the scooped ice cream from the top. Very nasty and unsanitary.
Cannot believe this man still works here

terrible customer service. Eddie wont let me put my bike in the store, however all the other workers allow it. when i asked why, completely ignored me and walked away. once again terrible customer service. eddies should be fired

Some of the employees are great but the small older woman with short white hair and glasses is always so unfriendly and has seriously put me off from shopping at this location. A lot of the shelves are always empty as well.

I think they have the most unorganized pharmacy. The pharmacist Jennie ( I think that's her name) the nicest person there. I pick my medication up there bc they are within walking distance of my apt. There not my first choice. Stephanie @ the pharmacy also very kind. Foreas the store itself Terry and a few others have the best customer service/ people skills. Idk what happened to the older pharmacist ( guy) but he needs to come back. It ran very well when he was there. It's just too many people different people working there that doesn't know how to communicate with the customers as well as there own co workers. To many different policies and produces that change on the daily. Use to be a loyal customer. ;(

My review is mostly for Eduardo. I am giving two stars because most of the other cashiers are always kind and can be pretty helpful.I went in to exchange two items with the store receipt. Both items were unopened. He looked right at the actual receipt, but because it was a self-checkout receipt, he called it a fake and insinuated that I forged it. He was then corrected by the manager that it was, in fact, a real receipt, and once he typed the purchase number it checked out. He did not take responsibility though and was very rude and unprofessional while speaking to me. The manager was helpful, but seemed to excuse Eduardo's behavior which I do not appreciate. Eduardo jumped to conclusions without first double checking. This could have easily been avoided, if he checked the number and seen that it was a real purchase from the self-checkout.He needs to be properly trained on how to treat customers. Maybe he should be moved to the back of the store stocking items, and not interfacing directly with customers, because I no longer want to go to this store anymore due to his unprofessional behavior.

Pharmacy has kind staff but has serious issues, I’m not able to shop here because of the erroneous errors and it’s just so inconvenient to have to shop elsewhere when I live so close. If someone in corporate reads this please fix your pharmacy!Edit: the pharmacy is unable to fill my medication each month and I run out for a few days usually which is a problem. This month, they forgot to order the medication and then blamed it on me. After being without medication for several weeks I asked the pharmacist what the estimated time is until I can get my medication. I also asked if I could try and order it early to prevent these long gaps. She told me I should go elsewhere, and so I guess my only option is to get my prescription filled elsewhere.

I deeply regret my highly disappointing experience at this particular Rite Aid location. Today, I visited to pick up my medications, expecting all six of them to be ready for collection as previously indicated. Unfortunately, my regular Rite Aid near my home ceased operations, necessitating my reliance on this alternative branch. In stark contrast to the exceptional service I had enjoyed at my former pharmacy, I found the overall experience at this location to be distinctly unprofessional and argumentative. To my dismay, both the Pharmacist and Cashier completely ignored my presence for an extended period of ten minutes. When I finally attempted to engage with the Cashier by saying hello, I was met with a disapproving look and an argumentative response. She insisted on calling me when she deemed it convenient, and our interaction quickly escalated into an unnecessary disagreement. As a result of this profoundly unsatisfactory encounter, I have reached the decision to redirect my business elsewhere. The exceptional friendliness and efficiency that characterized my previous Rite Aid experience are sorely missed, and I seek a pharmacy that can meet my needs with the utmost professionalism and respect.

Worse pharmacy! And I NEVER write reviews Lol. They are constantly short staffed. They are often out of stock on meds and since they never answer when you call to check status, you basically get nowhere. I have no problem with the staff as they are friendly and professional but they really need to hire more people.

Slowest service. Stood in line for more than half hour to pick up prescription. Prescription wasn’t ready so I was asked to wait for just couple of minutes. 20 minutes later when my name is called I go to the window and I’m told I need to go stand in line again to pick up my prescription. In line now and only 6 people in front of me….Just got home and realized they gave me the wrong prescription so now I have to go back and stand in line ?
