I have been coming here for over 10 years. My stylist is Nancy. If you need a haircut, go to her - she knows what she is doing. I like that this place is a small business. The staff are nice and the salon is clean. They also wash your hair after cutting it. They take walk-ins, but I always book an appointment.

I had a fantastic experience at Richard Hair World! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Richard is not only a skilled professional but also a great listener. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me valuable suggestions. My haircut and styling turned out even better than I had hoped for. The salon was clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend Richard Hair World to anyone looking for a top-notch hair salon.

I've been wanting to write this review for quite some time and have finally made time to do so:)I and my now 20 yrs old Autistic son have been getting their services since 2005. ( more than 18 yrs by now). My hairdresser is Nancy, and she has an amazing hair cutting skill. Once I have a haircut from her, it usually lasts more than 3-4 months with minimal styling from me. And my son's hairdresser is Richard, and he is not just a great hairdresser but also very sweet person. He is the only hairdresser my autistic son trusts!I strongly recommend Richard Hair World to anyone, both women and men, looking for a new hair salon to try in Irvine.

Don't even think of going to this place. I better cut my hair myself at home. It was the horrible haircut I ever had in my life by the owner Richard. Is he really a hair designer?

It's difficult to find a place to get a good haircut these days, but if price is reasonable, location is good, wonderful owners, no waiting time, then it's almost perfect. I've been going to Richard's Hair World since 2018 and fully satisfied. It would be best if you call in advance and make an appointment.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

First of all, the tree seemed angry and irritated from the first impression. And while she was cutting my hair, there was a smell of cigarette smoke coming from her clothes, right? The service is really poor and the worst. The hair dye is not done properly and there are no customers, but they shampooed in a hurry and they didn't even cover my face with a towel, so the water splashed all over my face and clothes, making a mess, and they charge a lot more money than other places to dye my roots, especially the staff is not skilled. It was expensive and the service was terrible. I really don't want to go there again or recommend it. I didn't know if I could shampoo my hair 20 minutes after dyeing it, and the dye didn't work at all. It was a situation I really didn't understand and I almost cursed.

This salon has been around for as long as I can remember, conveniently located next to Mitsuwa within Heritage Plaza in Irvine. I can always trust Nancy for a quality haircut and providing exactly what I want, whether I’m seeking a specific style or going in for a spontaneous cut. She’s talented and professional and has continuously taken great care of my hair! I love to grab some yummy snacks for my hair appointment next door, get my hair did, and enjoy dinner in the center afterwards. Perfect and convenient!
