All you need is here: a bed( your choice of Queen of King , a sofa, a shower, a kitchen that you can cook there. A gym and a swimming pool. A computer desk with printer that you can read your email and print your documents. And depending on the season, the price are very reasonable and free breakfast and very friendly staff.

Nice hotel. Nice quite location. Was there for a week. The only issue I had is when house keeping left they did not shut the door all the way. Luckily after being that way for most of the day nothing was taken.

Avoid at all costs. Like another review said, the ground floor rooms all have damp carpet floors. I say all because I ended up in two different ground floor rooms. The first room had a bunch of flying insects that all were obsessed with the bed. It was like an American Horror Stories scene. So asked to be moved. Was moved to another ground floor room. Found beetles and larger flying ants. Ended up all bit up between the two room. Canceled the rest of the stay and moved to a different hotel. The staff tried their best to help. They waived my fees and gave me extra points.

Old property with horrible water pressure and uncomfortable beds. Perhaps great for families not for bones trip. Not ideal layout if you want quiet as the rooms face amenities such as pool and basketball court.Free breakfast is nice but also not great. Typical powder eggs and a meat plus continental options. Bagels but no bread? Bread and Fresh fruit (berries for yogurt at least) would be a great improvement. I personally would appreciate fresh deli meat option. The biggest issue is location. There is nothing within walking distance. And no restaurant on site.

Good points:1) Location. Conveniently located 5 minutes drive from Irvine Spectrum. Easy access to major roads. Safe because there are only companies around. Very quiet at night.(2) Hospitality of the employees. Very good customer service. They responded appropriately to my request. The cleaning is also really great.(3) Breakfast. I don't think there is anything more reassuring when traveling, especially with children, than having a free warm meal every morning. Small portions of yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, as well as warm scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage were available every day, which was great. The bad: the shower in the room had a little low water pressure.Note: Laundry is done in the laundry room. Each washer and dryer costs $3 per use.Coffee machine is available at the main entrance for free.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and the room quality left much to be desired. The carpet in some sections was soaked and emitted a nauseating rotten smell, making the overall experience unpleasant. The management should address these hygiene issues, i had to leave early and not going to use it again. Floor stains, paint fading out.

Very convenient to Laguna woods and Irvine spectrum, everything I needed was 10-15 min away. Dog friendly and pretty quiet suites with full kitchen. Stayed here over Thanksgiving while visiting family. The breakfast at the dining room is repetitive but consistently good, everything that you actually need to get your day started.

Thank you Irelyn, Daniel, Irvin to name few of those who are always working hard to keep guests satisfied with client services.Rooms: Clean roomSafety: Very safeFood & drinks: Good breakfast and many restaurants at driving distance

we remembered saying at a residence inn 20 years ago. this one looked exactly the same. while the property looked well maintained it's hard to do anything about old out of style buildings. this is still a decent option for longer term stays but I think we'll stick to other brands that offer brighter and more modern rooms. also, the updated bathroom offers zero places to hang a towel, wash cloth, or clothing. totally out of touch with what I want in a bathroom.

So my friend and I were there just for a night and the service was great the property was very clean a nice little pool with a BBQ at it. As for the room it was a large two bedroom and the kitchen had everything you need to cook and you have a full size fridge. Plenty of parking as well.

Great stay at this Residence Inn. Room was large, kitchen fully equipped and bed was comfortable. But the real highlight of this property is the staff. From the lady and gentlemen in the morning setting up the breakfast buffet to, my personal hero, Daniel at the Front Desk who saved the day by having a wine opener we could use, everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful! The hospitality is truly appreciated

We were in our room and some random person entered our room while my son was getting out of the shower and naked. I went and spoke to the manager immediately. She informed me that she had to wait for the engineer to run a report to see who entered my room. She asked for my number to call and update me. Today, almost a month later, I still didn't hear from them and called and spoke to the assistant manager BRENDA who told me I was a liar. I have now reached out to Marriott Corporate.
