This company has been attempting to come and fix my fire alarm system however never shows up for their appointments or time windows. They have given me times that they do not show up. If you need to take work off then don’t even bother waiting because they won’t show up. Apparently they are not able to be contacted and have been just as big a failure as ATT with setting up appointments. I was never able to talk to an employee or contractor. They are not flexible. They do not accommodate any situation their customers have whether it be work or other commitments. Worst fire systems company I’ve ever dealt with. Absolutely sad. Customer service is definitely top 3 worst I’ve ever dealt with. Just right below AT&T & Tesla. I’m sorry but you guys have 2.7 Stars for a reason. It’s time to get it together.Service: General repairs

One of their drivers was speeding down a street and tried to cut me off. He got mad when he couldn't get in front of me and was shocking his horn at me when there were cars going. I couldn't turn and had to wait for it to be safe to turn. This impatient driver was driving erratically and unsafe. Pulled up next to me and the flipping me the finger and yelling obscenities at me like an Insane person. I really thought he was going to get in front of me and force me to pull over and fight me. If this is the kind of person employed by this company I most certainly would go to a different company for any services I may need.

If I can rate this company with zero stars, I would. I work for a school district and this company installed card reading door locks. For the last two months I have been trying to get customer service to respond to me to get our doors fixed, the company has not only been non-responsive but they have the nerve to send me an invoice for service that was never performed.Do not use this company unless you want doors to remain broken due to the lack of service this company gives. Also, don't be surprised if they try to charge you for items they never fixed and are still broken.Terrible, terrible, service.

After 12 yeas of service they invoiced me $50 to mail a magnetic sensor ($5 part). Very rude, took them 4 months to even respond to multiple requests to replace front door magnetic sensor!

Horrible Company when it comes to alarm system monitoring. I purchased my own equipment from Redrock and am stuck in this contract for alarm monitoring. Their alarm monitoring contract has no cancelation clause to allow customer to end service when unhappy with the service. I have spent over 10k in a/v equipment and alarm equipment and expect better customer service.
