I just recently closed a transaction with Marceline Medina. Marce was very easy to work with, always easy to reach to keep in contact with. I used to be a Realtor and worked here for a few years. Among all the brokers that I had been with, this office was one of the best, or the best in my experience. The co-workers are very cohesive and the supports are great. It is a multi-culture office with respects between all parties. The manager is very sharp, professional and knowledgeable. Therefore, it made me feel very secured working there when I was still a Realtor.

I contacted realty One group more than once to bring a Denver agent's behavior to their attention. They have opted to ignore my concerns so here I am. The agent is leaving flyers all over our community, unsolicited I might add. This is bad behavior for a number of reasons. The first is there's a pandemic and this person was touching people's doors and leaving behind flyers on the doorknobs, this is unsanitary and puts people at risk in our current environment. All other organizations that engaged in this practice stopped during the pandemic, no more fast food menus, no more pamphlets from religious groups, nothing. But this guy still thinks it's good idea. Not to mention no one likes creepy strangers leaving their community update nonsense on your door knob. The practice also creates unnecessary litter, the fliers inevitably blow around creating garbage in our community. And last thing, this guy leaves flyers on homes where the occupants are out of town. It's like putting a sign on the door that says, "no one's here, rob us!" Is it really hard to use some common sense? Judging by the rest of the reviews I read about realty One group's partners or associates or whatever they're called, it is really hard.

These people are completely incompetent! Their agent's cannot even dial the correct number of a foreclosure listing. In particular Jason, I've told that child to stop calling me and that he has the wrong number more than once. If they cannot even dial someone's phone number correctly how are they going to help you find and close a house. Be careful folks buying a house is a big deal with a lot of legal documents that must be filed correctly and these folks obviously do not have that wherewithal. Imagine, how many times and for how long I've been getting harassed by this company to finally write them a negative yelp review. Jason, I hope you are terminated!

I had extremely terrible experience with a Certified Commercial Broker named Steven K. Doan.He underestimated us at the first time. We heard him said "I don't think we can handle that unit". When we mentioned we would ask our broker to help us prepare the requirements for the application. He yelled at us and hanged up the phone, he was bullying us. Then he blocked my number, I didnt even get a chance to defense myself. so Rude and unprofessional. Why did he have to behave like that? Or he wanted to do something under table and didnt want another professional broker to let us know. We wanna give this lecture to him:"listen u are graduated computer science major from csu hayward. And we are graduated from Csu fullerton in business major lol. U say we know nothing. The first thing u need when u go to work as an agent is learning how to respect ur clients even u dont want to. Before u wanna bully someone, u need to know who u are working with. Good luck for ur career with that "so call" agent's attitude"

Will not work with unprofessional agent anymore. I have my crystal business for 3 years and want to expense more, so I look for lease a retail store for my business. the agent from this group - Steven Doan - #01378506. He helped us with for my retail store leasing. As an agent or even human being, he should be ASHAMED of himself. Very rude and unprofessional. He underestimated myself and my business as well. I heard he said on the fone with the landlord "I don't think they can afford this unit." He doesn't have any communication BASE skill.

I had such an unpleasure experience with one of the agent from this group - Steven Doan - #01378506. He helped us with commercial leasing. As an agent or even human being, he should be ASHAMED of himself. Very rude and unprofessional. He yelled on the phone and cut off with his client. Decided to cancel out by himself with client just because we want a different listing unit. I was dealing with him for a few days and felt so anxious. At the age, over 10 years experience to be Commercial Broker Associate ( as the advertising on his profile ) - Can't control his anger and being ridiculous with a client. I would recommend to work with him if you want to feel uncomfortable, abuse and mistreating. Either than that, I don't think so. The only reason why I gave one star is because Yelp doesn't allow to put negative star.

Fu Wong DRE #02063717 continues to spam unsolicited customers to try and sell their home for cash. This is not the first complaint against him. When asked how He got my info, He laughed. His info is also not correct as I have not lived at the house he wanted to buy for YEARS!
