Rented a car in July and they charged me $2500 for deposit. And I have returned the car in August I cleaned and washed car made it look like exactly the same way how I got it. And they never returned my deposit. Now is November, It's been three months and still haven't got my deposit yet. I called their customer service and said will check for me but never got me back. Never ever gonna rent a car in here again.

The girl who rented the car had a very good service attitude. She helped me rent a car that I was satisfied with. She was also very nice. Highly recommended!

The second time I rented a car here. The procedures were very fast. The lady also cleaned the car herself before renting the car. The rented Mercedes Benz 250 was very new and easy to drive. Then the young lady gave me a nice recommendation on where to take the driver’s license test with the least queues?. Will come again if necessary in the future!

When returning the car, I made an appointment with the staff in advance, and it was very convenient to navigate there. The staff spoke both Chinese and English and guided me to the correct store location. After parking the car, the lady checked the condition and mileage of the car. If there was no problem, just sign and it would be done in five minutes. I was given a bottle of water as a gift when I left. It was a great car rental experience. I will recommend it to my friends next time.

I looked this place up and made sure to arrive while they were still open. When I got there, I called and they said it was closed. I drove around for an hour because they can't manage time, apparently. The customer service was non existent

I came across Reach Rental via craigslist because I recently totaled my car. Renting a car is always stressful but fortunately Archer, one of the sales associates, made the process simple, hassle-free and transparent- he also gave us a great deal! He and his brother Hao were friendly and authentic and even offered us their contact information just in case if anything happens. Reach for the skies!

Coming back from Minnesota from a last-minute vacation, I forgot to book a rental car to drive back to my house in Westchester. I looked at Enterprise and various other agencies but all of their fleet vehicles were checked out. Fortunately, I was able to able book a car through Reach Rentals through a referral. The process was simple and sweet, thanks for the help.

In the next two days, my family from China is coming to town and I needed to get another car to go to places like Disneyland and universal studios. I saw reach rentals as a top local listing in the yellow pages and I decided to give them a try. Hao and Alvin were so professional in aiding both me and family- as a bonus they were both fluent in Chinese and explained the agreement terms to my family too. Thanks Reach!

Last Monday I got into a major accident heavily damaging my 2014 mustang, I was at a total loss in terms of having transportation.
