This is the store manager, Marsha. This woman called the police on lgbt people. Is that the kind of people we want in our community?

Ok ORANGE COUNTY Ralphs!! Who does the hiring up in here!? No joke...it's going to take a shaman to come in here and clean up the bad energy. Is someone in HR on purpose trying to sabatoge this Ralph's? It's like a sad angry portal to depression. Reading other reviews on the responses from the grumpy downer store manager to the defunct bakery department and now my experience with the angry florist... I had to convince the florist with my own personal woes to just to get her to tie a bow around my arrangement. NOT A JOKE!! Literally dropped my guard and went right to my story on why I really deserve a nice bouquet to give a special someone who helped me and my step daughter and THEN I got her to add the bow. If I had more time I would have gone somewhere else. I had to use psychology and pull heart strings to get basic help. Is the world becoming soulless and hardened!? I blame the management. Someone in charge is REALLY unhappy. And it radiates outward.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT SHOP HERE, unless you want to feel like a criminal for buying basic groceries. My fiancé went here, out of convenience, to buy some simple groceries on Friday night. The list included fruits, veggies, milk, eggs, and bread... no alcohol, expensive meat or anything like that. She went to the self checkout because she thought it would be quick and easy. Within seconds of her scanning a female employee stood over her (basically right on top of her) and her cart. My fiancé told the employee she felt uncomfortable and if there was anything she was doing wrong. The employee states, " no, just making sure you scanned the digital deals." My fiancé (still distraught) says, "yes I have the app thank you for asking," and continues to scan. The employee still on top of her, watching over her cart that's no more than $30 of basic groceries. Shaking up by the employee still within breathing distance my fiancé is very uncomfortable and hurries to get out of there. I would have just left, but my fiancé is a much more patient individual. She pressed pay and proceeds to put in her card in to pay. Before she can the employee starts to riffle through her cart, checking over every item, and claims she didn't scan two frozen veggies. My fiancé feeling so violated and embarrassed scanned the items again, knowing she already had, but just wanted to get out there. Now she's been over charged and feels completely violated, over basic groceries?!? Make it make sense. I will gladly go to sprouts, and Whole Foods and pay extra for groceries so she never has to feel like she was going through TSA advanced secret checkout for basic groceries under $30. Do better Ralphs! This is disgusting!!!! Talk to your employees and loss prevention on how to handle daily proper interactions with customers and what true criminal activities you should be prioritizing.

Ordering a cake? BEWARE! I recently had ordered a full sheet cake from this Ralph's for my father in law's 80th birthday party for over 100 people. I have been ordering at this bakery through the years and it didn't disappoint with decorations or taste. They were consistent with their cakes. On this particular event (2/17), it all failed me. I actually had someone else pick the cake up the day of the birthday party and to my dismay when it arrived, the penmanship was horrible and the cake was dry to the point that only 1/4 of it was only eaten. Word got out that the cake was DRY with lack luster flavor and the frosting was too sweet. There was not a balance. I spent close to $70 for an uneaten cake. I went back to the store (2/18) to talk to a manager, only that manager advise me to call the store manager for the next day (2/19) Instead I was able to reach the bakery manager and explained my disappointment. I wanted to point out the items I didn't expect to be presented to me. I just wanted them to train and maybe improve their training process in their staff because out of the cakes that I have ordered through the years this one was the only disappointment. At the same time, I wasn't asking for a refund but maybe a small cake that my father in law to enjoy. The bakery manager said he would ask the store manager. I told him I would come by the store to speak to him in person the following day. (2/20) To my disappointment, the bakery manager said he was declined to offer a cake or anything for the mishap. He said the store manager said that people would ruin the cake just to get a "free cake". Well, in my case, that was not my plan since it was for a large party to enjoy and I have been a customer for years. They couldn't offer me a dozen cookies, a small round cake, just something to make up for the unfortunate horrible cake. Ralphs, please come up with a better solution on how you can make this better for the customer instead of walking away empty handed. In the meantime, this would be my last time I order any bakery at this location. For those who are going to order, PLEASE BEWARE!!

This is a very good full-service supermarket that always seems to have nearly everything in stock that you might need. The deli and bakery have great selections and my experience with the bakery and deli staff has been outstanding. They are really nice and go the extra mile to help the customers.

The florist staff Eva is quite rude. This is my second time buying flowers from her, and both of the times were bad. She may seem like a nice person, but her attitude and responses were very rude. I will not return to this place.
